Close to shops and restaurants, this flat is perfect in order to have a break in the French Riviera.

This nice 67 sq. m flat, newly refurbished, is situated on the 4th floor (with elevator) and includes:
- a long balcony with a lateral view on the sea,
- a comfortable living-room,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a very well-equipped kitchen ( kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- AC.

Please note that despite its presence in the photos, the apartment does not have a working washing machine.

## Neighborhood

Very close to the train station (8 min by foot) and the beach (2 min), you will be able to walk to all the places that make Juan-les-Pins famous : the casino (10 min), the Pinède garden full of squirrels (15 min), the Gould Square where the Jazz à Juan Festival is taking place (12 min)… You will also be just nearby all the bars, restaurants and nightclubs that animate the seaside resort. At last, in just 20 min by walk, you will be in the heart of the Old Antibes and could enjoy its Provençal market, the Picasso museum, the harbor…

From the airport (Nice) → 25 min by car or 45 min by transport

Great location

If you're looking for a quiet place close to the Mediterranean Sea, this is it. Make sure you pack personal hygiene items. No soap, shampoo, etc. provided. But, we had brought all of that ourselves. There wasn't any cleaning supplies for the kitchen either except dishwasher tablets. I like to wipe down countertops, stovetops, etc. after cooking and before we leave, but was not able to here. The dishwasher was full of dishes ... not sure if they were clean or not, so we ran it just to make sure. Best pizza is right next door and a market just a short walk away.

Proximité de la plage et des restaurants. Appartement propre et spacieux. Stationner peut-être un problème en haute saison, les rues sont presque toutes payantes.
