The house what beautiful, very clean, and a great location! Highly recommend! Close to downtown. We walked downtown never had to use our vehicle until we left.Hot tub was great and clean.
Didn’t use hot tub. Great place and perfectly located. Only complaint that other units did have was laundry pod and a couple coffee k cups. Other than it was awesome.
This cabin was perfect for our stay! Easy to access and super clean! We were minutes away from the Gatlinburg action. We will definitely stay here again if in the area!
Checks all the boxes!I’ve been visiting Gatlinburg since childhood, 30 years or so. My husband and I come at least twice a year. We both agreed this was our favorite place to stay hands down.Directions: Very simple.Parking: Enough for two full size vehicles.Curb Appeal: Adorable!Inside: Clean, modern, comfortable, and well stocked. Outdoor space: Gorgeous!! We spent the majority of our time on the back deck. Instant relaxation from the sound of the Roaring Fork, while sitting in rockers. I read and drank coffee for hours.Best Feature: The ceiling fans! I’m heat intolerant but stayed cool inside and out. Never broke a sweat while on the deck, which says a lot because…August in Tennessee. IYKYK.Communication: Very kind and very responsive.Wildlife: Muskrats, raccoons and bears! I got some amazing photos.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We are delighted to hear that you found our place to be the perfect fit for your getaway and that you were able to relax while listening to the Roaring Fork. It is wonderful to know that our amenities kept you comfortable during your stay, and we are thrilled you were able to capture some great photos of the local wildlife. We hope to host you again sometime.
Loved our stay at the Roaring Fork Farmhouse. Everything was very clean, with just enough room for 4, the beds were comfortable and it has a homey feel. Sitting on the porch, listening to the stream is amazing.
Location, location! That’s the biggest positive. You just can’t beat being by the creek. The amenities met our needs for a short stay. The negatives were: there are no closets to hang clothes. Not much counter space in the bathrooms and the bedroom dresser & tables are very small. So not much space for our things, (basically plan to just keep it in your suitcase). We had a problem with ants in the bathroom & kitchen (fortunately, I had Lysol spray with me & ants don’t like that). The comforter & throw pillows could use some refreshing. No major issues though. I would recommend for short stays & for the location.

Appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the creek-side location during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the ants and for the lack of storage space, and we have noted your comments regarding the furnishings and linens. Thank you for your input.
We loved the location of this house. It’s slightly off the main strip where it’s quiet. The house had everything we needed. The hot tub next to running water was so tranquil and my absolute favorite part! Owner had great communication. We would 100% stay here again!!
Opening the door was a big surprise even after seeing the pictures. Super clean and welcoming after a long drive or long day in and around town , sitting on the deck overlooking the stream was relaxing. This would be a great place just to getaway and do nothing but relax anytime of year. Host has earned the highest approval .Thanks
The cabin is close enough to downtown Gatlinburg to walk on a nice day. The cabin is perfect for a family of 4. Right on the creek, hot tub was private and very relaxing. Just beware of the neighborhood bear population, Our car was broken into one morning. No damage, we will definitely rent here against!!luckily.after a long day.
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The check in process was seamless, and the communication with the property manager was great. The location was wonderful as well. 5 minutes or less to a grocery store, close to downtown Gatlinburg and the Gatlinburg Smokey Mountain National Park entrance. There was also a trolley stop right down the road from the cabin for the courtesy trolley that runs through Gatlinburg if you’re not up to the walk. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!
