Fantastic

The house is amazing. Clean, beautiful, well equipped and so comfortable. It felt like home. Only issue was it is NOT walkable to town. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Family Holiday

This was an excellent property that caters for all age groups. The property was large enough to cope with 8 adults and a baby. It was a 10 minute walk out of Sarlat so easy for early morning croissants or walking back from an evening meal. We had on incident which was quickly dealt with by the owner. Would highly recommend the property and our family had a lovely stay. It was a shame that it rained every day and we didn't get a chance to have family table tennis match. The house has plenty of activities for all ages. Would love to return.

Overall the house was ok and met our needs. Cleanliness was ok but would benefit from a deep clean (we stayed at the end of the season) - mould beginning in showers, cobwebs, oven needs proper clean etc lots of mould on the swimming pool cover. Bathroom windows had mould on the frames. Saucepans were dirty and needed to be washed. House is well stocked regarding plates, cutlery, glasses, books, games etc. Indoor Sofa has stains and the outdoor sofa is covered in stains. Good amount of sofas for a large group. 3 bedrooms are great, the 4th downstairs (the yellow room) is small and smelt a bit. Mattress not as comfy as the other rooms. Twin room upstairs is up a twisty staircase which I wouldn’t use for kids or elderly. Both of those rooms are not as nice as the other three. 3 of downstairs rooms have doors opening to the outside which is great for access but not so good for when you just want a window open at night. Pool is great! Good size and temperature. We chose this property for the outside area. Shame the sofa was so stained, we never used it. Also the corner where it is seems to attract the mosquitoes. The other sunloungers were great so we just used those. Red dog ornament has a broken leg so mind that if you have young children. Owner is lovely and really responsive and easy to deal with. Gentleman who did the handover was also very nice. Outside woodwork of house is peeling and needs attention. Overall it just feels like it needs a bit of an update.

Pour le ménage, je suis réellement désolée, nous sommes très pointilleux sur la propreté et je pense qu'il y a eu un manquement de la part de l'entreprise qui s'occupe du ménage. Habituellement, le ménage une fois fait est contrôlé, j'ai donc fait remonté cette appréciation qui est la seule pointant du doigt la propreté afin de comprendre ce qu'il s'est passé et afin que cela ne se reproduise plus. Pour l'organisation des chambres de la villa, elle est telle que décrite dans l'annonce, les photos sont fidèles à la réalité, je suis étonnée que vous ayez mentionné cela. Vous serez néanmoins les bienvenus à la villa si vous souhaitiez revenir, vous constaterez qu'habituellement ce n'est pas comme cela et nous serons ravis de faire un geste pour nous excuser de ce petit désagrément. Nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation pleine de voyages et de découvertes !

Une grande maison en plein Sarlat !

Très bon séjour de 2 semaines dans cette grande maison très très bien équipée. Les chambres sont confortables (très bons lits !), les pièces de vie (cuisine + salle à manger + salon) sont ouvertes les unes sur les autres (on est ensemble avec beaucoup d’espace), la cuisine très bien équipée, de nombreux jeux et activités à disposition. La terrasse et la piscine nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour (1 semaine de très fortes chaleurs). La maison se situe idéalement : sur les hauteurs de Sarlat (non encombrées) et à 15 mn à pied du centre ville. Accueil très sympathique par les propriétaires. Nous y étions entre 5 personnes et 11 personnes : tout le monde a aimé !

Séjour parfait, maison géniale!

La Villa d’Elsa est superbe, très propre, agréable, bien décorée, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée (tout le linge de maison même les serviettes de piscine, jouets et jeux pour tous, tout pour la piscine, tout pour les bébés…) Le jardin est agréable et les enfants peuvent être surveillés sans souci, même dans la piscine. Merci pour l’accueil avec les produits locaux! Elle se trouve à proximité immédiate du centre de Sarlat mais au calme. C’est le lieu idéal pour visiter la région. La communication avec Clélia a été parfaite, elle est aux petits soins avec nous! Nous étions 7 adultes et 5 enfants et avions tous notre espace, tout en pouvant tous se retrouver! Séjour et maison top!
