Great holiday

A lovely house with a fabulous pool and outside space. The house is in a great location- close to supermarket and centre of Périgueux but very peaceful. Christiane who looked after us could not have been more helpful. She was a joy. We had a very happy holiday.

En arrivant cadre magnifique,les piscines hammam. Machine à laver sèche linge, congélateur, grand frigo.... La maison propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, lit fait, serviettes de bain de toilette, torchons, papier WC pour l'arrivée bref nickel.Lors de notre séjour, nous avons pu observer des oiseaux, un écureuil, chevreuil et sanglier.De bonne vacances au calme

Magnifique séjour

Très belle maison familiale où l’on se sent vite « chez soi », parfaitement équipée pour qu’il ne manque rien durant le séjour. M. Sibboni a le soucis du bien être et tout est prévu pour que ce soit le cas : linge de lit, savons, serviettes, chaussons pour la salle de fitness (quel plaisir cette pièce !). Très bonne literie et tranquillité absolue de jour comme de nuit. Bel accueil à l’arrivée et disponibilité quasi immédiate pour toute question. Une location haut de gamme qui est un lieu de vacances à elle seule. Quant à la région, visites et restaurants, 15 jours ne suffisent pas. Un pur régal en tous points. Merci

Superbe !

A l'arrivée, la m‌aison a un côté monumental, avec ses grandes colonnes et ses volumes immenses. Très rapidement on se rend compte qu'elle est surtout un nid douillet. Tout est pensé ici pour le confort des occupants. Le niveau de service est excellent : une gérante toujours disponible, efficace et sympathique et une multitude de petites attentions destinées aux locataires : serviettes (de très bonne qualité) et chaussons pour la piscine, savons et essuie-mains dans toutes les toilettes et salles de bain, lampes torches (avec piles), etc... La cuisine, très fonctionnelle est incroyablement bien équipée, on peut vraiment tout y cuisiner...en regardant les petits oiseaux (les mangeoires sont astucieusement disposées pour que l'on puissent les voir depuis les plans de travail et elles sont aussi visibles depuis la piscine intérieure). Les chambres ont toutes une vue magnifique et de vrais rangements. La terrasse est très agréable. Tout est propre, fonctionnel, TRES confortable, luxueux sans poudre aux yeux. La maison se situe dans un écrin de verdure au milieu d'un petit bois. Les oiseaux chantent dans ce petit paradis où tout est fait pour les attirer. Assis au bord de la piscine, on peut voir soudain apparaitre un jeune chevreuil. C'est aussi la maison idéale pour les amoureux de la nature. On peut aussi faire un jogging dans le petit bois, une chasse aux trésor dans le parc, une partie de pétanque ou de ping-pong sous les arbres ou nager dans la grande piscine extérieure ou dans la piscine intérieure, plus petite mais avec nage à contre-courant (cette piscine intérieure n'est pas un gadget mais l'assurance de pouvoir se baigner tous les jours quelque soit le temps et il peut être très changeant.

L'équation parfaite!!

Nous recherchions une grande et belle maison, bien équipée et moderne, à quelques kilomètres d'une agglomération mais préservant notre sérénité, nous voulions du soleil tout en ayant de l'ombre, nous voulions des arbres et de l'espace où nous promener et lire tranquillement, nous souhaitions avoir des contacts agréables, efficaces et réactifs avec le propriétaire et les personnes en charge de la demeure...Et le miracle a eu lieu! Nous avons trouvé! Notre séjour a été idyllique. Un immense merci au propriétaire pour cette volonté très perceptible de nous accueillir non comme des clients mais plutôt des invités, Merci aux personnes en charge de la maison pour leur disponibilité, leur écoute et cette envie de voir notre séjour réussi. Un seul regret celui de ne pas avoir noté la marque de la literie et du linge de toilette de très belle qualité! Dois-je rajouter que nous y retournerons avec un immense plaisir?
