This retreat is the ultimate country escape. The house has a spacious living space perfect for entertaining or kids. The large master bedroom walks out to a deck and overlooks a private acre yard. The two additional bedrooms one suited for baby with crib and the other with a full bed. The large kitchen is fully equipped and has eat-in countertops with 4 stools, followed by a large dining area suited for 6-8 people. The cozy sitting room and bar area includes a fireplace. The perfect place to sit and read, play board games or enjoy a nice cocktail by the fire. A large sunroom/living room that walks out to the deck and the large acre yard. Deck includes a brand new 5-burner grill and right off the deck you can enjoy the fire pit on a cool fall/winter evening. Now that’s just the house!

This house is surrounded by multiple beaches, various wineries and the best farm stands. A beach sits at the end of the road about 8 min walk or 3 min bike ride.

House comes with baby gear, bikes, washer/dryer, jacuzzi, two car garage, and a fully equipped kitchen.
