Completely remodeled in 2019, this Palm Springs vacation villa is spacious and private with everything you and your family will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Stylish and modern decor, wood plank tiles throughout the entire house, and plantation shutters give this home a warm and inviting feel. The walls of windows and sliding glass doors provide ample natural light for the family room, dining area, kitchen, and views of the sparkling pool. The spacious living room in this villa provides large comfortable sofas, a 55' TV with DVD and Blu-ray player, and a foosball table for entertaining your friends and family. Plus, the kitchen opens to the dining area and family room and comes fully equipped with black stainless steel appliances, a large island with a gas range, and abundant counter prep space for cooking and conversation. This home enjoys two main bedrooms, each with king-size beds, and three more bedrooms with queen beds. You'll find this Palm Springs California Vacation Villa offers a brand new and expansive backyard that is completely walled and gated for your privacy. The fully landscaped yard includes fruit-bearing citrus trees, a gas BBQ grill, and outdoor dining for large groups, and a putting green for the golfers at heart. At the private pool, you can enjoy relaxing on a lounge chair or pool float in the sunshine or soak in the tranquil and private whirlpool spa. The patio also includes a beautiful firepit to enjoy with your friends.

This home sits in a great location to enjoy some peace and quiet while still being within a few miles from downtown, the airport, and the foothills! Head out each morning to one of the various trailheads in the area and beat the heat on a lovely walk as you look out to the valley below. For even better views, make your way to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway located six miles from your front door. On the way home, head into downtown and grab a bite to eat at a local eatery, as there are unlimited choices that will not disappoint!

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
