The whole house (over 3300 sq ft) is yours to enjoy. House is equipped to fit 16 people:

Master Bedroom 1: King bed, full bathroom

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Jack and Jill bathroom

Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (for a total of 4 full beds) and two twin trundles (room sleeps 10 people), jack and Jill bathroom

Bedroom 4: Queen bed, bathroom across the hall.

The couch in the living room has a queen-size pull out sofa (sleeps 2).

Dining table sits 10 and can be converted into a pool table or ping pong table. There are an additional 8 bar stools. Every room has its own smart TV with cable & top of the line high speed internet. This can be perfect for those who want to work and vacation or to accommodate online schooling. This is a 3 story open concept home with living areas on the top two floors. If stairs are an issue no worries home has an elevator that can fit a manual wheelchair. There is outdoor furniture on the balcony and backyard deck along with a grill. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, and blender. There is a wet bar on the third floor near the balcony. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, iron, and iron board. This home has everything you need for a memorable vacation. We look forward to your stay!

6 adults stayed at this wonderful property for a few days while we were there for an event. Plenty of rooms, nice having 3 bathrooms, and lovely open concept for living/dinning/kitchen. Beautiful place! The elevator was such a huge help for us older folks. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the beach which is walking distance across the street. We could view the ocean from the property, which was just a tease. Looking forward to coming back in the future for an actual vacation. This property is perfect!!!

Beautiful house and location near the beach

We stayed at this property while we were in the area going offshore everyday for a research project. The house is right off a very busy road but you couldn’t hear it at all inside the house. There is a ton of room and a very nice kitchen and living room area to all gather in. You could walk right across the road and be at the beach would be great for a relaxing vacation or getaway. Would definitely stay here again if working in the area.

Perfect Family-Sized House

The perfect place for 2 families with adult children! This house has it all and then some! The owners do everything they can to make their guests feel at home….even having the house decorated for Christmas with our very own tree! Communication with the owners was the best I have ever experienced with a rental. We only had one issue, and the owners responded promptly and solved our problem. They couldn’t have been any better! We would highly recommend renting this house. It’s great for large families, or a group of friends. The rooftop area was a bonus that we didn’t even realize we needed! Our group spent our mornings up there having coffee, and then after dark this spot became our favorite place to hang out and enjoy the fresh air. And the large open family room/kitchen/dining area made it possible for our group to enjoy evening games without feeling cramped. They also had a wagon, cooler and 9 beach chairs for our use. There is not one negative thing to be said about this property. We will return here next time we need a place for a larger group. Thanks for making our Christmas/New Years so memorable!

Beautiful beach home

This house was perfect for my sisters bachelorette party. Extremely close access to the beach and to some restaurants and bars which made it very convenient for a group of 10 ladies. Less than a mile from johns pass where we did the tiki party boat as well as others fun activities. The house is a great location and was clean and exactly as listed. Helena was very helpful and had great communication throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this beach property!

We had a wonderful time staying at Helena’s place. The pictures did not show much of what this place can offer you. It has everything that you will ever need plus more. The place was so clean and beautiful. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach. Helena was a wonderful host. She made sure that we were happy with our stay. It was red tide season that changed our plans a little but she was very considerate and work out with us so we can totally enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended!!! Will definitely tell our friends about it.
