Annule par le propriétaire

Le propriétaire a annulé notre séjour avant notre arrivée et a ensuite refusé d'informer Abritel qu'il l'avait fait. Abritel a été utile mais nous attendons toujours notre remboursement et le propriétaire ne répond pas aux messages.
