Come to Maine for a Winter 2022 Special Rental Opportunity. Waterfront Harborside Cottage at Ann's Point is available for a four month period January 10, 2022 to May 10, 2022. Fabulous views of a working harbor, Bass Harbor is located in a private setting on Mount Desert Island in close proximity to all the wonders of Acadia National Park. Available for a special winter rental, January-May.
Observe abundant shore birds in nature: eagles, ospreys, herons, Canadian geese, mallards, king fishers and other various birds right from your deck. Launch kayak and explore nearby islands. Winter is a great time to explore this area uninhibited by crowds.
Rental include internet, tv, Wi-Fi and trash pickup. Tenant pays heat and snowplow plowing.

Outstanding cottage setting on idyllic bay

We can't find enough ways to express how happy we were with this lovely cottage overlooking the bay on Bass Harbor. The property was spotless with all the amenities to provide a very comfortable stay. The deck provided endless hours of bird watching, reading, relaxing, star gazing and sheer pleasure. Our hosts were kind, friendly and generous sharing their local knowledge with us, providing an abundance of supplies throughout the house, also, with timely and thoughtful communication throughout the duration of our stay. We just loved it and felt so fortunate to find such an absolute gem! Thank you Ruth and Bill!
