Sea Colony is fabulous...the condo needs an overhaul in cleanliness and better servicing in between renters...we are gluten free and there were Goldfish under the sofa...enough said.

Very nice, but should be better given the cost.

This condo has a nice layout and location. There are plenty of utensils and the furniture was nice. There were a number of small issues which should not happen given the cost of this unit. The air ducts and ceiling fans were filthy - looked like they haven't been dusted in years. The disposal was jammed and there was sand in two of the beds. There were no towels when we arrived and one of the shelves in the kitchen cabinets was broken. We fixed all of these issues before we left, so the next family who rents this unit should have a nicer experience than we did.

Location can’t be beat!

We had a great stay at 110 Brandywine. So convenient to the beach, 2 pools, and the Town of Bethany. We enjoyed having a view of the beach and hearing the sounds of the ocean all the time. This is a well-stocked unit with well functioning appliances and overall very comfortable. Recommend!

Great location and plenty of amenities

Loved being able to walk right out the back door and go straight to the pool and ocean. Kitchen and living room very open and roomy for 7 people. Great week at the beach!
