The cottage is suitable for up to 7 adults and 3 children. It has 3 single bedrooms, each with a deluxe box spring double bed (1.80m wide), a pull-out couch on the upper floor for an adult or 2 children. Furthermore, it is possible to set up 2 extra beds (about 1.85m long). The entrance to the house is in the basement, here is the wardrobe. A beautiful solid wood staircase leads to the living room with open kitchen. Here is a real leather living landscape (without sleep function), a modern kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, and a large table with 5 chairs and a bench. A swiveling 40 'TFT is available with SwisscomTV. Through a door next to the kitchen you can go into the garden, here is a small area with chairs. On this floor are 2 of the bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The large sliding doors lead to the balcony with lake view. Continue on the stairs to the upper floor, here is a spacious living area with two recliners a lounge sofa (with sleep function), a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet, sink and bathtub. The special on the upper floor is the great view of Lake Maggiore and the large terrace with stainless steel grill, umbrella, table and chairs for 10 people.
Access to the house is via a private road, this is tessintypisch somewhat steeper, but with any conventional vehicle passable. The vehicle can also be parked in the driveway. A total of 2 vehicles can be parked on the property (or 10 motorcycles).
For the guests a Wlan access is available free of charge.

This beautiful hillside holiday house can accommodate up to 7 adults and 3 children. In the house there are 3 bedrooms. Each of these rooms is equipped with a luxurious double bed (1.80 m wide). In the upper floor you can find a sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. Furthermore, 2 extra beds (approx 1,85m long). The space for your coats and shoes. A solid wooden staircase leads you to the first floor where you can find the sitting area with an open kitchen. Here the guest's eyes are attracted by the comfortable and big seating ensemble (no sleeping function) made of genuine leather and a 40-inch TFT (Swisscom TV available). Our fully equipped modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a dishwasher as well as a big table providing space for up to 10 people (5 chairs and 1 bench seat). Two of the three bedrooms, one bathroom with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower are located on this floor as well. There is a door next to the kitchen which leads you to the garden. You can find a table, 4 garden chairs and a stainless steel grill. When opening the big window you can access the balcony and enjoy the lovely view of Lake Maggiore. The second floor can be accessed by using the wooden stairs. Here you can find another spacious sitting room with 2 armchairs to relax and a big sofa with sleeping function. The third of the 3 bedrooms, another bathroom with a toilet, a washbasin and a bathroom are located on this floor. What makes the second floor special is the most beautiful view of Lake Maggiore from the outside - from the spacious terrace. The terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the marvelous landscape, is equipped with a sunshade, a table and chairs for up to 10 people.
The holiday house can be accessed via the fairly steep private road - which is typical for the Ticino. However, it is accessible for the conventional vehicle. The car can also be parked in the private driveway. On the property itself there is parking space for 2 vehicles or 10 motorbikes.
