No details were missed in this newly refurnished home with pool table and hot tub. Designed to entertain with an open living space. The chef's kitchen features a gas range, double ovens, and island seating for eight. Upstairs living space comfortably seats 10 in front of the cozy fireplace.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Thermostat- Summer months - turn off Winter months - set to 55 Make sure both fireplaces are off. Close all windows.
Lock the spa Do not turn off spa. Do not strip beds. Gather all towels and leave on bathroom floors.
Trash and recycling- Place all dry recycling in blue recycle bin in garage. Place all trash in Bear Box bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Jacuzzi or outdoor deck use before 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM
Only 4 cars are permitted to be parked on the property per guest stay.

Perfect holiday getaway

A few friends and I planned a weekend here right after Christmas. Perfect location in relation to snow activities (Heavenly, tubing, snowmobiles, etc..) Cozy little neighborhood that is not hard to find. Would recommend 10/10

Family vacation / family wedding

Our family combined a family vacation with a family member’s wedding that was taking place in the area. This house was perfect for our stay with our adult children and two young grand children. Beautiful, well stocked home. Adults enjoyed evenings in the hot tub and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Only issue was as the seasonal temperatures increased during our stay, the A/C did not seem to be able to cool the house very well .

My family loved your home. It was immaculate and the furnishings and amenities were all updated and beautiful. The location was perfect...close to Heavenly and close to snow tubing. It was extremely helpful to have the kitchen organized with cabinets and drawers labeled for easy clean-up. Thank you Jay and Jackie for sharing your beautiful home with us. Amazing house

We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay. The house isn’t too far from a lot of things. The check in process was so easy and convenient. The house is fully stocked with dishes, pots and utensils. We were able to cook breakfast every day during our stay. The house looks exactly like the pictures. The property owners respond very quickly if you have any questions. Overall, if I come back to South Lake tahoe, this is where I would stay and I have recommended this place to all my friends and family.

Beautiful home away from home

Jay and Judi, My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at your home. The check-in process was super easy. The home is fully stocked with all utensils and spices that one may need. The labeling of the cabinets and drawers were super helpful while putting dishes away. The appliances are modern and nice. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub.Thank you Judi for the quick response to my message on a Sunday morning. I wish we would have added a couple of extra nights. But hopefully we have an opportunity to be back for a summer vacation in the near future. Aside from the main fireplace not working during our stay, there is nothing about your home I would change. I would definitely recommend your home to my family and friends.

Awesome

When making arrangements we were hoping to find something on the lake, but could not find anything affordable that fit our size group. I’m glad we didn’t. This house is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to a nice grocery store with very reasonable prices. We were centrally located to enjoy the entire area from Emerald Bay to South Lake Tahoe and about 3-4 hours from Yosemite. The grandkids loves the pool table and having the master upstairs allowed my wife and I to have a peaceful retreat. Great open floorplan upstairs that we all enjoyed and was very conducive for family togetherness, yet everyone had plenty of room when they wanted their private space. Love the back porch for grilling, visiting, and a nice mountain view. The house is very well equipped and I can’t think of a thing I would change. Thanks for a great space for our family vacation!!!

Beautiful home , spacious , comfortable and spacious enough for 2 families ! Enjoyed both fireplaces and the bbq deck area. We come up every year and would definitely stay again.
