Beautiful house in a great location. The house suited our family of 15 perfectly. The kids loved the movie theater and the adults loved the hot tub! The kitchen was great and allowed us to cook dinners almost every night after long days of enjoying the area. Highly recommend this property for families wanting to visit the black hills.

This rental was perfect for our large group of 10 adults! Each couple had their own room with a full bath on all 3 levels of the home. Lots of kitchenware to make meals at home. It was very clean, including the hot tub! The pools and arcade room are not at the residence. Very quiet neighborhood with resident turkeys to watch from the patios on the front or back of the property. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed the property. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Would love it more if it had some outdoor games like basketball hoop, or bean bag toss. Great location too!

Great location. 10 min from Terry Peak, 15 from Lead & 20 from Deadwood. Weather was gorgeous! Ski’d in sweatshirt and wore no gloves! House is perfect for our family of 9. Had about everything we needed for a 4 day quick trip!
