Just steps from the beach, beautiful bay views, family and dog friendly, minutes from Cape May, the Wildwood boardwalk, the wineries, and the world renowned bird migration routes, our home is a perfect getaway for you, your family, and your friends. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach house( 4 showers including outside shower) , a heated Salt Water pool, itā€™s quite spacious (1,863 sq ft). Its wrap around decks offer amazing views of the sunset and places of solitude to enjoy a good book or a conversation. Our home is very well stocked , so no need to over pack. We are now INCLUDING ALL LINENS, TOWELS & BED SPREADS FOR 6 PEOPLE( 3 BEDR00MS).

Beautiful house!

Our family had a great stay here and enjoyed many things about the house. The location is great and the deck is perfect for watching the sunsets and is very convenient to the bay beach. We would return again and the hosts were very responsive and helpful!

Perfect getaway!

Entire family loved it! Beautiful view and steps away from the bay beach! The heated pool was a big plus! The house was very well stocked and extremely clean.

This home is absolutely beautiful! From where you are located the views are breathtaking to the house , itā€™s super clean and completely updated with so much room ! The pool is perfect and having it heated makes it ! I will definitely rent this house again ! Best house I have ever rented !

Fall in Cape May

We had a great time! The house is beautiful, clean and well labeled. The owner was very responsive and helpful, suggesting things to do on a rainy day. Its amazingly close to the bay and the pool is great. We were bummed the heater wasnt working on the pool. Villas is an easy drive to all the fun things in Cape May, we would definately come back.

Incredible views

A beautifully decorated and appointed home all around, but the star is the copious deck space, which, along with well-placed windows, offers sensational sunset views. We all had fun, including the dog! When we had questions, the property managers were immediately responsive.

Wonderful house

Perfection!

This beautiful house on the bay did not disappoint. We loved our time spent here. From the minute we walked in we had everything we needed. It felt like home right away. We really enjoyed all the decks on the home, spending lots of time unwinding with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Our pups really enjoyed their stay too, with easy morning walks and swims in the bay. Owner was a delight to speak and work with. Canā€™t wait to return to this gem of a home!

Whatā€™s not to like?

The house is perfectly located across from the bay with very little thru traffic. Only a 10-15 drive into town or ocean beaches. Multiple decks offer fantastic views of the sunset. The house is extremely well kept, clean, well-stocked and well appointed. The owners and management are very helpful and pleasant. Would recommend this house to anyone especially dog owners.

Best of both worlds

Heated pool in back, bay across the street! The house is clean, bright, airy, spacious, well stocked (even for pups) & beautifully decorated. The pool area is like your own little tropical paradise with comfortable outdoor furnishings and landscaping. The decks are so relaxing to look out on to the bay anytime of day, especially to watch beautiful sunsets. What makes vacationing at this great home even better, is how welcoming Andrea makes you feel even before you arrive. Communication with her is flawless, you feel like you are staying a friends home. Staycation

We booked this home for a quick family weekend getaway. It was our first time visiting Cape May. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The house smelled like it had been recently cleaned and this calmed my nerves because I usually have to spend time cleaning before I can relax when staying in a rental. The views of ocean from the property weā€™re amazing. My family and I really enjoyed staying at the home and look forward to renting again when the weather is slightly warmer and for longer than a weekend. I have no complaints or suggestions. Book this place... you wonā€™t regret it! Thank you for sharing your home with my family. All the best!

Beautiful location and great home.

My family and I were so impressed with this home...tastefully decorated and an awesome location. We were within a few miles of Cape May and Wildwood with plenty of shopping and restaurants to enjoy. The sunsets every night were beautiful from any of the multiple decks. Mr . Carino could not have been nicer or more helpful....if there were any concerns he addressed them immediately and came by to clean the pool mid week. It was wonderful to have access to a private pool which we used daily. Hopefully we can return again soon. Thank you Anthony for sharing your home. Diane Kehler....summer of 2015

Everything You Dreamed Of

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for our vacation this year. The house is absolutely beautiful! It is even nicer than the pictures show. We sat on the deck in the evening and watched the most beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood was peaceful and one block from the bay. The in-the-ground pool was warm and very inviting. Anthony came and checked the pool and took care of it. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. As a matter of fact, the entire house was decorated beautifully. We were able to bring our dogs along for the vacation and they loved the bay. Convenient to everything that you need. We are looking forward to staying again next year. We are so happy that we found this beautiful beach house.

Fantastic Vacation

Let me start off by thanking Andrea and Raymond for allowing us into their home along with their team. From the first time we booked all the way to checking out was nothing but amazing. Your home was so welcoming from entering through the door we just knew right then and there that it was going to be a great week. Itā€™s an amazing home that allowed our family to create many great memories along with reminiscing on the older ones. Sitting on the decks (meaning there are so many to choose from) allowed us to see many sunsets and sunrises while having an area where even our pup šŸ¶ was able to enjoy this one of a kind scenery. The house was well stocked up with everything you wished you had packed but ran out of room for before coming and needed including beach chairs. We even had fun trying out some of the games you had in the closet which brought us together as a family without electrics. Then after the days fun each day, the awaiting comfy beds were ready for us only to wake up and do it all over again. Thank you, our trip was very refreshing and relaxing šŸ™. Bravo and one of the most clean pet friendly welcoming home we have stayed at and we have been to many rentals through out the years. We will be sure to return again.

Beautiful Cape May Trip

We had a great time in Cape May. Lots of cute stores, restaurants, beach, breweries & wineries etc... We did a Ghost / History Tour which my 8 year old daughter loved! And we did Railbiking for the 1st time. The house is gorgeous, the views on the decks are amazing! Drank coffee on the deck every morning and adult beverages at night. We ate on the deck a couple of nights. The kids loved the pool! The kids loved collecting rocks on the beach and then would trade them at night. My constructive feedback is the Guestroom needs a full length mirror. My husband and I stayed in the Guestroom and we used the bathroom in the hallway, that was the only mirror we had. It would have been better if I was able to do my makeup and hair in the bedroom to free up the bathroom. Also, July is Jellyfish season in Cape May which we didn't know, my friend got stung pretty bad, I would advise to have vinegar in the house just in case. My friend texted the owner asking if there was vinegar. They felt so bad they stopped over with a bottle of wine to see how she was doing. Overall, it was a fun trip exploring Cape May for the 1st time! Definitely want to go back.

Great family getaway on the bay in Cape May

This is a really great vacation house right across the street from a fairly secluded part of the bay in the Villas, Cape May. The house is very spacious and very comfortable for the 6 adults and 1 large dog in our party - we could have comfortably fit a few more people. The house is modern, tastefully decorated and fully stocked. The house has its own in-ground pool in a fenced in yard. Note that there are no grassy areas on the property if you are bringing a dog. Beach access is just across the street and is very quiet and peaceful. The sunset views from the beach were amazing. Unfortunately, there are a lot of overgrown trees and bushes at the house across the street that mostly obstructs the sunset views from the main deck of the house, which was disappointing. There is a Wawa, coffee shop, a few restaurants and ice cream parlors within walking distance. Downtown Cape May and the beach are a quick 15 minute drive. It doesn't appear that this house has cable - or at least we couldn't figure it out on the SmartTV. The bedrooms had access to Hulu. We had to log into our own YouTube TV account to watch regular programming on the main TV in the house. The internet worked great. There were some issues with the pool leaking during our stay, as well as an issue with a patio door lock and the oven door, but the owner was very responsive and the property management team was quick with repairs. Note that one of the pull-out couches is in a remodeled garage - which is very nice with its own kitchenette and bathroom - but is not air-conditioned. We would definitely stay at this house again and hope to make it back next summer!

The perfect family (dogs included) family vacation!

This entire vacation started with our kids (ok, and myself) wanting to make sure we could take our 12 year old rescued dogs. Finding a place for one medium sized bully breed is hard enough. Finding a place for two is near impossible. This has been a struggle since we rescued them as pups. Finding a home that is also clean is even more difficult. And Iā€™m super picky! We knew if we could take both of our furry girls, my parents, who are the only ones who we trust watching them when we were away would finally be able to join too! This was the perfect vacation for our family of 5, our ā€˜girlsā€™, and my parents. Leading up to our vacation one of our girls was failing & the owner made extra special attempts to make sure we could get her to the beach & she loved it! The home was SOOO clean. There was so much I ordered for grocery pick up upon arrival that we ended up returning because the home was FULLY stocked with daily necessities- from bath/shower products, to cleaning supplies, soaps, paper products, & even ziplock bags. I was worried about a ā€˜roadā€™ being between the house & the beach entrance but it was such a pleasant surprise to only see a handful of vehicles going down the street each day. They were either other renters, locals, or construction workers who were working on other homes in the neighborhood. It was so so so quiet and safe! The beach access is so close we didnā€™t even wear shoes on the street to get there. The sunsets are gorgeous & the busiest time on the beach. I say busy lightly- & you can also view them from the decks. The sunrises were pretty fantastic also- & enjoying coffee from the keurings w/ provided kcups (we donā€™t splurge on that at home) on the decks each morning was lovely. The days- it was pretty much just us! The kitchen was more than well equipped to make our breakfasts (the kids fell in love with the waffle maker) and lunches-but we love to go out to dinners on vacation (there was more than enough to prepare them there) & those were an easy 15-20 minute drive in any direction from our home for the week. As were attractions like the boardwalks or Cape May & zoo. The pool was perfect. This home gave us the Outer Banks vibe but more quiet & a MUCH shorter drive from home. Itā€™s clean, quiet, chill- but adventure isnā€™t far away if you are looking for that. Speaking of adventure- fishing & kayaking right on the bay beach are super fun. We have stayed at many vacation homes and this was number one on our list!

A little slice of heaven

Everything about our week was perfect. There was something to do for everyone. Walks on the beach in the morning with the pup, evening sunset views from the deck, and a great pool for the kids. Location was amazing and close to everything, but peaceful and quiet. Andrea was so accommodating, and the house was fully stocked. We have spent years looking for the home that we'd like to go back to and have finally found it in the Villas!

Sunset Vacation

Great visit. House is immaculate, well kept and well serviced. Heated pool was great. Kids loved it. House is well stocked for visitors, but when we needed more washing machine pods, the owner and service staff were excellent and quickly responded. We all had a great time. So Good For Our Souls

The house and property is beautiful and exceptionally well appointed. The views are beautiful and so very soothing. I loved having the bay and it's beach right there and the sunsets truly are awe-inspiring. The owner and the property managers were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would stay anywhere they rented!
