Place was nice but could use some general maintenance, ice maker said it needed cleaning and filter changed, battery’s for most remotes dead or low, all toilets paper holders are loose. But overall nice

Great location with issues

Complex and condo was nice. Complex very well kept and beach access amazing. Beach is beautiful. We had communication issues. They kept saying emails were sent yet we never got them. I had to track down the host to get the access code to the door. We rented the unit based on the balcony however all the chairs to the balcony table were broken or the legs rusted out and not usable. We called and were told we could get two card table folding chairs. We had to use two dining room chairs for the balcony table. The kitchen was stocked adequately but very disorganized. Took awhile to organize it so you knew what was there. The condo was nice and spacious. Master bathroom is huge. Bed in second BR needs an upgrade.

Beautiful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was clean and very spacious. We arrived after midnight and had no trouble with the security gate. Parking was always available and easy. The whole property was clean and generally quiet. We will definitely stay here again!
