About this property

Renovated top floor apartment in the heart of the downtown Rockport historic district on the water with private beach access (seasonal) and parking. Large open kitchen with center island table and cathedral ceiling surrounded by reclaimed wooden beams. Living room opens to deck overlooking water. One master bedroom and private full bathroom. One full guest bathroom. Large loft with additional beds and play/work space. (ladder to loft and low ceiling height may not be ideal for use by all guests). Central AC/Heat, heated bathroom floors. All new appliances, furniture, fixtures, etc. Owned and operated by the host.

NOTE - Prime Summer (late Jun through early Sep) is weekly Sat to Sat check-in/check-out.

Place was very nice. The host, another story. He was "away from his computer" over the holiday. He never once answered his phone and hie voice mail was always full. My wife and I would have checked out early at a normal hotel but since we paid in advance we felt trapped and on our own. For the amount of money we were paying this was a huge disappointment and affected our holiday negatively. We will have to think twice about using VRBO again.

Serene Getaway

My family and I stayed in this stunning apartment overlooking Rockport’s ocean for a weekend visit, celebrating my sister’s 50th birthday. The stay was exactly as advertised, if not more. To wake up each morning to the view and sounds of Front Beach in Rockport was exquisite. This was an absolute memorable stay.

Unit is great and spotless if you enjoy being within walking distance of most of what Rockport has to offer. Could not have been a better stay.

Absolutely wonderful, even better than we expected.

We had the greatest time staying here. Pictures do not do it justice, the apartment is lovely and more spacious than we expected. The porch/deck overlooking the beach is fantastic, with lovely views day and night. All of the furniture was very comfortable, the amenities were great and the whole space was immaculately clean. The location cannot be beat, all of Rockport is within easy walking distance. We loved staying here and give it our highest recommendation.

It is just like coming home! Love the apt, view is awesome! Walking distance to shops and restaurants, minutes away from Gloucester! Looking forward to returning again next year!
