Wir haben zum 2. Mal Casa Michelle in Ascona gebucht. .Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.Einige Urlauber meinten das Haus sei etwas hellhörig, was wir nicht bestätigen können.Wenn aber manche Menschen Möbel umstellen, muss man sich nicht wundern. Für uns war alles optimal. Auch Frau T.F.freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man wohnt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir werden auch nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist in guter Lage,egal ob mit ÖV oder Auto angereist wird. Geeignet für 1-2 Personen. Gute Ausstattung,Küche mit 4 Herdplatten/Backofen/Geschirrspühler. Die Leute vor Ort,Reseption,sind sehr freundlich. Abfall,Pet/Alu/Papier/Karton können vor Ort entsorgt werden. Etwas "ringhörig",ansonsten alles tiptop.

Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Parkplatz kann man, wenn verfügbar, für Fr.10.--- dazu mieten, was bei der Ausschreibung ungenau deklariert ist. Wenn man mit Parkplatz sucht, dann erweckt dies die Annahme, dass ein Parkplatz kostenlos dabei ist,so wie es bei einer anderen Bewertung zur Ueberraschung geführt hat, was ich verstehen kann. Preis- Leistung ist i.o. Grundsätzlich sauber, jedoch einzelne Punkte wie WC-Türe, Abluftfilter dürften auch einmal geputzt werden. Wir waren zufrieden.

Gute zentrale Lage, ausreichende Größe und Ausstattung für 2 Personen, Preis/Leistung stimmt

Die Fewo ist eine von 16 (?) in einem Appartementhaus. Die Wohnzimmer-Möbel sind schon etwas älter und von der Anzahl her gerade ausreichend für 2 Personen. Bad ist sauber. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist zu empfehlen (Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten). Bis ins Zentrum oder zur Hafenpromenade läuft man 10 Minuten. Supermarkt ist auch gleich in der Nähe. Der Bus nach Locarno fährt alle 15 Minuten. Wir waren in der Vorsaison Ende März dort zu Beginn des Frühlings und sehr zufrieden mit dem Wetter und dem Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis der Fewo.
