Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Playa de Aro" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: motorway 400 m from the property.
4-room terraced house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room 255 m2 with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV and international TV channels. Kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Puig Romanties

Ik geef de woning een gemiddelde waardering omdat het toilet boven erg stinkt en de douch onder niet of nauwelijks afvoert en de lucht in het huis kan ook beter verder is het een praktisch huis met een royaal mooi balkon en een prachtig uitzicht . Parkeren vlak bij het huis is ook prettig en maar 4min rijden naar de stadsparkeerplaats

A reasonable place

A reasonable place where site photos may not correspond to what is inside. It seems one of the homes (there are 2 "twin" houses) is much better than the other, Our experience was in the worst one, with poor towels and equipment, etc, old furniture, several maintenace problems (but with a nice attempt from Interhome to solve it, at least parcially...), very week WI-FI... Could be a good place if some care was applied...

Maison très sympa

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Cependant quelques détails sont a revoir comme la propreté . C'est relativement propre mais peu mieux faire. Le séchoir cassé, le canapé a changer car il s'effrite. Hormis ces détails tout était super, le vue, la piscine, la grandeur de la maison.

La maison est très agréable de taille spacieuse, la vue est belle, la piscine est très bien . Cependant quelques détails sont a revoir comme le séchoir cassé, le canapé en mauvaise état , il manque une étagère dans le frigo....

wegen Rohrbruch schreckliche Gestank 1 Woche.

Wegen defekten Steckdose haben wir Strom Ausfall 2 Tage. Und wegen Rohbruch könnten wir Auto nicht in Garage parken. Nur nach eine Woche und telefonische Beschwerde würde Problem behoben. Eigentlich wollten wir Meeres Luft einatmen. Und zustellbett für Kind war auch nicht da,nur nach dem Anruf war er gebracht.

Le propriétaire pourrait faire quelques travaux, la location aurait besoin d'un petit coup de rajeunissement. Elle est très mal insonoriser , on attend tout chez le voisin . La vue sur la mer magnifique et la piscine très bien . Interhome super rien à redire

Alles okay bis auf Schnellstraße in 150m Entfernun

Die Unterkunft ist okay, wenn einen die 150m entfernte, vom Balkon aus sichbare und stark befahrene Schnellstraße nicht stört. Der Blick ist toll. Schlafzimmer und Bad im Mittelgeschoss prima, oben Wohnzimmer auch. Küche sehr veraltet, aber sauber. Gäste WC-oben stinkt, ist aber sauber. Grill ist nicht wie angekündigt vorhanden, sondern nur ein nur ein verschmutzter Außenkamin.
