Really nice house and great for two families with small kids. Kitchen is fully stocked. View from the deck is amazing. Beach access was an easy drive and the hot tub was small but clean and perfect for us.

We had a very pleasant stay at this VRBO. The location was excellent and served us well a 15-minute walk just above Beverly Beach. It's also a very short drive to Depoe Bay or Yaquina Head, and the 3 main grocery stores in Newport. We never saw an arcade room, but wouldn't have used it anyway - way too much to see and do in the Newport area. There was also lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We had to contact the owner a few times, but we got back immediate and courteous feedback.

The house was nice overall. Since there were no photos of the hot tub, I was disappointed to find a very small one which could barely hold 4 people. The yard is just what you see out front. It was within walking distance to Beverly Beach State park which was nice.
