This 17th floor condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from its open floor plan. Ceiling to floor windows that follow the wrap-around balcony offer incredible views of the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters. Relax on the beautiful leather sofa and watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV or gather around the expansive kitchen table for a delicious seafood dinner or game of cards with the family! The kitchen has been completely remodeled with top of the line appliances and a tranquil breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with balcony access, a private en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and stand-alone shower. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen beds and just outside of that bedroom is the guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom, which faces the Santa Rosa Sound, has 1 queen, a kitchenette with small microwave, mini fridge and a sink, as well as a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

It's the perfect beach getaway for any family! The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Christmas at Navarre 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was truly amazing! Even though the beach weather wasn't the best while we were there #1706 really made up for it. We spent time together as family and enjoyed the views of the Gulf from the 17th floor. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets too! The property had easy access to lots of great walking paths and also close to local restaurants on the island plus restaurants & shopping on the mainland. The property itself was well-maintained...and we loved the quiet peaceful environment! The staff of Paradise Beach Homes were 100% first class! We know we'll work with them in the future!

Family Trip

The agent said she would call/text when the condo was ready for us to check in. When it was 5:00 we went to the leasing office and everyone was leaving. The condo is very pretty and large with an incredible view of the ocean. Would have thought there would have been more than one trash bag and a few rolls of toilet paper.
