Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Gegend und nah am Strand, Die Möbel sind rustikal und schon etwas älter, aber die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Ich würde das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen, auch wenn das Haus noch schöner wäre mit einem Pool

Mit 4 Erwachsenen plus 1 Kind (5 Jahre) absolut perfektes Feriendomizil (ein weiteres Pärchen plus 1 Kind hätten auch noch Platz gefunden). Das Haus liegt perfekt an einem Hang und biete somit einen fabelhaften Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Bis zum Hafen und damit direkt in die Stadt von Sainte Maxime läuft man (mit Kind) ca. 30 Minuten. Alles war sauber und die wichtigsten Dinge in der Küche sind vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt und den Garten sehr genossen!

Dobrý poměr cena/výkon

Klidné místo, relativně hezký dům, vybavení napůl novější a napůl nic moc. V dané cenové relaci to je ale na poměry objektů v této lokalitě ještě dobré. Tři ložnice mají okna pouze francouzská, takže pokud v noci nechcete návštěvy hmyzu a ještěrek, upečete se v tragické posteli...hlavně v létě to musí být lahůdka. Ale jak jsem již psal výše, nebyl jsem v Sainte Maxime poprvé a tento objekt je za danou cenu ještě dobrý. Pokud chcete větší pohodlí, je lepší zvolit vyšší cenovou kategorii objektů

Das Haus ist gross, geräumig, einfachst sauber zu halten und extrem praktisch. Im Quartier leben viele Nachbarn permanent, wodurch wir uns sehr sicher fühlten. Die benutzten Schlafzimmer gehen alle auf dieselbe Terrasse heraus. Der Garten ist auf drei Terrains Richtung Meer ausgerichtet. Jeder findet dort seinen ruhigen Ecken. Blick auf Saint Tropez! Riesiger Carrefour auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Ruhig, kein Autolärm. 10min. zu Fuss zum Meer. Alle Gerätschaften einfachst zu bedienen.

Gutes Haus für angemessenes Geld

Wer eine ruhige Lage und nicht viele Extras braucht ist das Haus Ideal. Uhrige Ausstattung, Edüllisch, für 5 Personen locker alles vorhanden. Das Haus hat keine Klima, ist aber dennoch sehr kühl. Der Weg zum Strand ist mit wenig Gepäck gut zu laufen, wobei es nicht so kurz ist. Rundum waren wir zufrieden da wir mit dem Auto viel unterwegs waren.
