4-room terraced house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2013: living/dining room with TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Gallery, ceiling height 155 - 200 cm. Terrace 15 m2, roofed, south-west facing position terrace 12 m2, south-east facing position, garden 28 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Nettes Haus in einem sehr schönen Ort

Eigentlich ein schönes Haus,in guter Lage,leider fehlt Sorgfalt und Pflege,sowie gründliche Reinigung.Dusche hat nur heißes Wasser,es gibt keinen Fön.Die Kücheneinrichtung ist sehr spartanisch.Die Zimmer ebenso,die Betten quietschen ,die Türen und Fenster schließen nicht richtig.Weitere Mängel wurden an Interhome gemeldet.Das Wäschepaket bestand aus Laken und Kopfkissenbezug,wohl dem der was dabei hat.Das Handtuchpaket aus zwei Handtüchern,nichts für die Küche,keine Duschvorlage.Schade

Gute Lage, schönes Haus, spart. Ausst.

Eltern, 2 erwachsene Kinder und ein Hund haben sehr gut und bequem Platz gehabt. Die Terrasse ist schön gelegen, die Hauslage schön, ruhig und unweit des Strandes/Ortskerns. Die Betten waren ungewohnterweise gut und bequem (eher hart als durchgelegen ;-). Gewohnterweise war die Hygiene des Hauses und die Ausstattung in der Küche mit etwas Luft nach oben.

Fast wie zu Hause!

Kleines gemütliches sauberes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Gegend und einer sehr netten Nachbarschaft. Für 4 Personen optimal. Es hat an nichts gefehlt,vielleicht die Spülmaschine. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne noch mal wieder.

Voor de tweede jaar op een rij hier...Op en top vakantiehuisje,met meer dan voldoende ruimte. Alles is aanwezig om een leuke vakantie te hebben. Wasmachine/droogrek,terras vooraan én achteraan. Dichtbij zee en winkels en markt.. We komen hier graag terug!!

Une maison sans confort

La propreté laisse à désirer. Les lits inconfortables et matelas dégradé, pas de canapé, le propriétaire pourrait investir sur de la literie confortable et propre un canapé, une cafetière, fer à vapeur et un lave linge c'est un minimum. Etre dans une maison avec un extérieur sans bain de soleil c'est impensable:). Pour passer de bonnes vacances, évitez cette maison.

Fantastisch!

Een heel mooie en ruime vakantiewoning. Mooie ingerichte keuken met alles er op en er aan. Supermooi terras met meer dan genoeg tuinstoelen en tafel. Ruime badkamer en apart toilet. We hebben pech met de wasmachine en gebeld naar Interhome en sanderendaags stond de eigenaar er al,om de nodige vaststelling en herstellingen te doen! Hier komen we zeker en vast terug!!

Belle maison mais...

La maison est très grande, bien située sur le haut de Saint Pierre, dans un lotissement très calme. Cependant, le ménage n'a pas été fait correctement alors que nous payons un forfait ménage (poussières sur table de nuit et tablettes, poils d'animaux sous les lits, torchons sales dans la cuisine, terrasse non lavée...). La présence de 2 chaises longues seraient sympathiques pour profiter des 2 terrasses.
