Central location, 700m from the beach of Ker Châlon and 1.2 km from the Port, new house 51m2, independent, facing south-west. It is located on the 1700m2 plot of our main residence. <br>Living room/fitted kitchen. Quality sofa bed in 160. <br>A large bedroom with 1 bed 160 cm. Bathroom with toilet (hairdryer). Linen provided except beach towels (sheets, towels, bath mat, tea towels). Available on request: travel cot, barbecue, iron. Washing machine and dryer accessible. <br>Private garden space in front of your house, with furniture. <br><br>

Agréable séjour sur l'île d'Yeu dans cette spacieuse maisonnette récente, moderne maisonnette

Très bon accueil avec partage des bons plans sur l'île. La location est de très bon standing. Très aisé de se déplacer à vélo. Bien placé à mi-chemin du village de Saint Sauveur et du Port de Port Joinville.
