The house is set up well for families - adult children and their kids on one side of the house, and grandparents on the other side :). Nice roomy kitchen. Beach access is incredible, along with a wonderful porch for sitting (and dining). Ample parking too.

We loved it! Really enjoyed the screen porch and ocean views. They have a seating area on the deck/walkway to the beach that is nice for those who may not want the sand, but still see the ocean. It was also a very well stocked kitchen! Two refrigerators! We will rent here again.

This house is a gem! This is our second year here and it was as perfect as ever! It is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and you can’t beat the beach access. We absolutely love it here! Our family hopes to make this our “home away from home” every year.

We came here as a group of 6 for a bachelorette/girls weekend, and this home couldn't have been a better choice. It's right on the beach, which is super convenient for spending the day there, but also the walkway/boardwalk and screened in porch made morning coffee and evening cocktails so awesome. The location is only a 20 min walk into town, but we rented a golf cart for convenience and I'd highly recommend it (or bikes). The host was easily reachable, and they were very accommodating about checking in early as well. Their office is right on the main road in downtown Folly, and the staff there were also accommodating when we needed a place to drop our bags for a little while while we were waiting for a late flight. We'd love to come back and would highly recommend this spot!

Beach stay

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. Perfect location right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and tourist shopping. Very short drive to downtown charelston too. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Fell in love with Folly Beach!

The best place for a fun and relaxing week or weekend away with family/friends. Stunning views and loved having access to the beach right from the house. Downtown Folly Beach was only a few minutes away with great options and fun places to checkout. Can’t wait to come back!

Comfy Beach Cottage

We loved Folly!

Best location and set up for a group of 11 adults. We had plenty of room and the house had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor shower and proximity to the beach. It was a perfect stay!

Folly Family Vacation

Beach getaway

Very nice

We loved this property! Perfect for larger families as it is very spacious. The house is decorated beautifully, very clean, and literally steps away from the beach. I would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay on the beach.

Great place to stay

The house was great. Well stocked, the only problem we had, the tv in room with two single beds didn't work and the tv in the room with king bed had no power plug. Other than that, it was perfect.

This beachfront home was perfect for a long weekend! It was just my husband and I and our son, who was there to tour the College of Charleston. He loves to fish - so he had the pier nearby. The home was just perfect - very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had wonderful dishes and plenty of cookware. With great restaurants nearby and a cute little grocery called Bert's we didn't use the kitchen much but if we needed to, we would have been set. The house was very cozy and the view could not be beat. Perfect!

Great vacation

Enjoyed our stay. Great kitchen living room area. 2 wings of 3 bedrooms on each side of house. 6 bedrooms total with 2 bathrooms. Worked great for our family of 5. Beachfront with private walk. Loved the place. Will consider again in the future.
