Outside relax in the screened porch overlooking your gracious 45' heated saltwater gunite pool nestled amongst mature landscaping and a lush green yard. The house is wired with Sonos throughout. This property is located on a private street, south of the highway, and features no through traffic. It is the only lane in the area with dock privileges on Mecox Bay to enjoy kayaks and paddle boards. The serenity of the ocean and the charm of local farm stands are only a short distance away.
