Hidden Hollow Cottage is in a peaceful, well hidden setting but close to amenities needed when on vacation. It is only 1 1/2 miles from the quaint little town of Tarlton. Enjoy eating at Crosstown Creamery, visiting Cross Mound Park or getting the needed groceries at Tarlton Market or Dollar General all located in Tarlton. Also within reasonable distance to Old Mans Cave attractions. You will fall in love with the property as you drive in. The cottage features a brick patio, a big deck, a pavilion with a hot tub, a small balcony off the upstairs loft bedroom, a fire ring, 6 stackable outdoor chairs and a creek running through the property. The cottage will sleep a max of 5 people. It sleeps 4 comfortably, but we do allow up to 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom. The loft bedroom has a privacy door and overlooks the living area. It also has a little outside balcony. Each bedroom has a narrow chair that converts into a cot, or the extra person may also use the sectional and ottoman in the living room for extra sleeping space. The bathroom is on the main floor and has a tile shower, a vanity with 2 sinks, and a closet with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. We provide some toilet paper, enough for a weekend. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a ice maker, oven, microwave, Keurig (we furnish a few k-cups, but bring your favorites) it also has a regular coffee maker, and a dishwasher. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meal and serve it minus the food. We provide some coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, creamer, dishwasher tablets, and dishwashing soap. The living room has a big sectional with a big ottoman, a recliner, a big TV screen with a DVD player. The TV has a lot of apps, that can be accessible with our free unlimited WiFi. We do not guarantee great service. Our service in the area is really spotty, sometimes ok, sometimes not. Tv is only internet tv, no cable or satellite. Bring your own streaming devices and your own tv internet subscriptions. Also bring your own dvds in case service is slow. But we do recommend vacationing without technology. Enjoy the cozy vented fireplace insert during the winter months, or relax doing one of the puzzles or playing one of the games we provide.
