About this property

Welcome to our newly renovated 4-bed, 2-bath Cape house close to downtown Chatham and beaches! The house is equipped with central air, wifi, a living room TV with expanded cable, smart TVs in 3 bedrooms, and a washer/dryer set. The property also includes a large deck and back yard, great for grilling and outdoor activities. We have a property manager nearby to help with any needs you may have during your stay. Sat-Sat 7-night minimum stay in July and August. Discount for 2 week+ rentals.

The space
Our house has 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. There is a door at the top of the staircase that can be closed and offers great separation if you are traveling with 2 families or grandparents!

Other things to note
We provide quilts, blankets, pillows and mattress covers. We do not provide linens (sheets or towels). If needed we can help arrange for a linen service.
