Appartement très bien situé. Parfait pour une famille avec des enfants ou des ados. Bien équipé en très vite ses marques. Commerces et Cala à proximité. Stationnement facile dans les rues adjacentes.

Das Mobiliar ist einfach und nicht bequem. Ein Großteil der Matratzen müsste ausgetauscht werden. Es sind keine Liegen vorhanden. Was nützt eine Waschmaschine, wenn kein Wäscheständer vorhanden ist. Die Waschmaschine sollte gegen einen Geschirrspüler getauscht werden. Küchenausstattung und die Bäder sind in Ordnung.
