Mammoth View Villas 20-Nice townhome close to the Village
Welcome to Mammoth View Villas: Your Mountain Getaway with a Side of Glam!
Nestled in the majestic splendor of Mammoth Lakes, this freshly renovated condo is more than just a place to stay—it’s an invitation to live the high-altitude life in style! Picture this: towering pines, jaw-dropping views, and all the modern comforts you crave. With the Village, swanky restaurants, and fabulous shopping just a hop, skip, and a jump away, you’ll be embracing nature without sacrificing an ounce of luxury.
Step inside, and you’ll be swept away by the open, airy vibe, complete with vaulted ceilings that scream “mountain chic!” The living room boasts a cozy pellet fireplace, perfect for those nights when you want to cuddle up with a cup of cocoa—or a cocktail—and enjoy the rustic charm of the great outdoors from the comfort of your own retreat.
Want more? The spacious deck serves up unobstructed views that’ll have you sipping your morning coffee like you’re starring in your own mountain movie. And when the sun sets over the peaks, a glass of wine on that same deck becomes a must-do.
Mammoth View Villas isn’t just about style; it’s about convenience, too. You’re tucked away in a tranquil haven, but everything you need is within reach. Take a dip in the spa, heat things up in the sauna, throw some burgers on the BBQ (in summer, of course), or challenge your friends to a ping pong showdown in the rec room. Plus, you’re right on the shuttle route, so exploring the area has never been easier.
When it’s time to crash, sleep like a rock star in one of the two king-size beds. Got a crew? No problem! The loft offers a bunk bed with a trundle (that sleeps 3) and a pull-out queen bed in the living room for those extra cozy nights. Whether you’re here with family, friends, or that special someone, this condo’s got the perfect setup for everyone.
Parking? We’ve got you covered with space for up to two cars right in front of the condo—first come, first served.
In short, Mammoth View Villas is where Mother Nature meets luxury living, offering the perfect blend of beauty, comfort, and convenience. A few things to keep in mind: there’s no A/C (it’s never too hot in these parts, just open the windows and let the fresh mountain air do its thing), BBQ’s are summer-only, and if you’re planning to stay more than two weeks, there’s a small $250 cleaning fee.

We selected this townhouse due to the location - and it did not disappoint! It is an easy 5-10 minute walk to the Village and Mammoth Brewing Company. The kitchen was well-stocked. And we appreciated the sauna and hot tub in the community center.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to having you guys back again.
Overall very solid stay. Just lacking a few key amenities such as coffee, dishwasher detergent, and a toaster. Great location though and the hot tub was lovely, glad that it was open for sign-ups.

Great, thank you for your review. We look forward to having you back.
This home was conveniently located walking distance to Mammoth Village. It was clean and as pictured/described. Unfortunately, there was noisy construction that started promptly at 7 AM each morning. It would have been nice to know this prior to booking.
Stayed here for a wedding and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the village, gondola and from a grocery store. Would stay here again! I think someone else mention to be cautious when getting out of the clawtub downstairs.

We had a good time here, however we ran into some issues such as the water being cold and the TV, initially not working. Overall, we were able to fit and be comfortable

Very nice little spot close to the village. Still about a 10 min walk to the gondola but overall we were all pleased with the location. Property manager was also very responsive in addressing and fixing an issue we had during our stay. Bath tub downstairs was a little difficult to get in and out of. A few of us almost slipped a few times. But overall this was a good experience!

Wonderful, so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to having you guys back again.
We stayed at this condo which is located close to all of Mammoth Lakes has to offer. It was a bit smaller than expected but just enough room. The only thing I'd recommend is to provide a broom and mop so we can help keep the condo tidy during our stay.
Thanks for everything,
Matthew
Great property, centrally located, easy to access. Exactly as advertised: hot tub just up the street, the bar just down the street. The only negative was the neighbor: load music all day, screaming fight one night. Guess he lives there 6 months a year - yikes.

Reviewer Comments:
We were disappointed when we arrived. The pictures of this rental were taken with a lens that makes the place appear much larger. The kitchen and living room are small/average. And while advertised as a 3 bedroom, it only has 2 bedrooms. There is a loft, but there's a big difference between a bedroom and a loft, especially since it's right above the living room, so if someone wants to watch t.v., cook, clean dishes, then the sound goes right into the loft, where there are 3 beds. Our biggest disappointment was when we put the kids in bed (in the loft), and the sheets were not clean. I read the house rules that said when you leave, take the sheets off the beds so that the cleaning crew knows to clean them. Well, if previous guests didn't read that or didn't remember, and they make the beds, then the dirty sheets are left on the bed, and the cleaning crew doesn't change them. There were lots of hairs and marks on the loft sheets, which made us feel gross. We found clean sheets to replace the dirty ones and made the3 beds ourselves. Why something as crucial as clean sheets are left to chance that the previous tenants, who are usually rushing to pack up and leave by checkout time, will remember to remove the sheets for the cleaning crew; this is a foul policy. Eventually, we did have a fun time, and the jacuzzi and location were great. We would consider staying again if they correct the sheet policy.
