The house and property were beautiful and accommodated us well. Eric was very responsive regarding any questions we had. We had a great time and would love to stay here again sometime in the future.
Its an excellent place to stay with family. Lots of space. We had fun playing foose ball and pool table. It felt like home. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends
This house was perfect for our stay near Montreal! The kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms/bathrooms were plentiful and comfortable. It was easy to get into Montreal from the house, as well. Eric answered our questions quickly and was helpful prior to our arrival when we had a few things we were trying to figure out. I would definitely recommend staying here!
We enjoyed our week-long stay at the Horsemen’s House. There was ample room for each of us to have our own space as well as a great common area where we could all comfortably gather. The beds were all very comfortable as well. Eric was a great host and was quick to respond when we needed anything. It was clear that he wanted to ensure that we had a good and positive experience. We would definitely stay here again.
Everything was perfect for a girls weekend in Montreal! We wanted a place that had enough space for all of us, 8 of us total, but still close enough to the city. It was a quick 30 minute drive into the city and very easy as well. The house itself had everything it promised, was very spacious, loved having the hot tub, and the host was easy to get in contact with. We had a slight issue but Eric was quick to help and get it resolved. Would definitely stay again!
Our family of 6 stayed at this beautiful house for a week. It was our first time visiting the area. It was so clean and spacious and provided all that we needed and then some. The home location was perfect as we were on the go to the local town(s), Montreal, hiking far north of Montreal, and visiting Quebec City. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone seeking a more country/rural home (horse stables are behind the house). Eric, the owner, was responsive to our needs and appreciate his recommendations of the surroundings areas. We would highly recommend this house if you are visiting Montreal.
The house was laid out so well, the overall design was comfortable and sophisticated. The kitchen was thoughtfully organized with every appliance you might need. If I had one complaint it would be that there were no plates, though there were more than enough bowls which seemed odd. We had to buy paper plates to eat off of. Aside from that it was a very memorable stay and would return if I were going to be in the area again.
The house is beautiful with plenty of private sleeping places, five bedrooms total and most of the bedrooms have an extra single bed in addition to a queen so potentially comfortable sleeping for 14 if room sharing ok. The hot tub is lovely, the pool table was great. Kitchen well supplied. Only one bedroom in the basement doesn’t have direct access to a bathroom, 5 bathrooms total which was great. It was nice to see the horses, but disappointing that we couldn’t go closer or have contact. Though understandable, that was a surprise. Traffic is pretty bad in Montreal so getting to things was not as pleasant as it could’ve been. No fault of the property. There’s a lovely neighborhood playground less than 2 miles away, but walking from the house isn’t safe because of the busy road. Bike path starts probably a mile from the house and biking around the area could be a lovely option. Don’t miss the little river town of Beloeil, charming place for a meal with lovely river/mountain view.
Nous avons tous passé un très agréable week-end dans un endroit enchanteur. La maison offrant une ambiance chaleureuse, bien meublée, propre, grandes pièces très éclairées. Tout était parfait.
