Apartment of 2/3 rooms, 40 m2 in the Old Nice, completely renovated, composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with Italian shower, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and an external dependence on the landing with an office room.

The whole is air-conditioned with Internet access and smart TV connected in all rooms.

Located in a traditional Nice building, you will live on the 5th and last floor without elevator, with a magnificent terrace of 14m2, 180° view on the roofs of the city, the hills of Nice and the Castle.

Ideally located in a very beautiful street of the old city in the peace, in 2 mn with foot not of the place
Masséna, the Cours Saleya flower market, and the sea (Opera beach at 180m), this neighborhood is classified as "Unesco World Heritage". The streetcar line 1 (Cathedral - Old town) and all amenities are nearby.
