About this property
Nashville: Quiet & Private Cabin. Pet friendly! Corporate/Midterm.
Your home away from home is this sweet, renovated lake- themed home in a rural setting with plenty of privacy. Enjoy being in a country atmosphere, sitting around the fire-pit but also within a 6 minute drive of I-40 and one exit from Providence Mall. It's 12 miles to downtown Nashville & and easy drive to Historic attractions: Grand Ole Opry, Hard Rock Cafe', The Hermitage, The Ryman and more.
Enjoy a full large kitchen with everything needed for cooking and baking. We've upgraded the primary bedroom to a King bed since photos were taken. Queen in bed 2 & the 3rd bedrm has a twin trundle bed/sleeps two, a desk & office chair. The front living room has a super-comfy sofa and Roku Smart TV. There is a door between the two living areas and there's another Roku Smart TV in the second living area. The dining room table can expand to seat 8.
Large washer and dryer is included.
It's a little over a mile to Percy Priest Lake, boat ramp, "beach" and rec area where we have gorgeous sunsets but it's a half mile walk to the lake/cove for a hike or peaceful respite. You can catch beautiful sunsets from the front porch or better from the cove. The canvas photos you see throughout the home were taken by your host at "our" lake.
This property is a 30 day minimum rental. We have had guests stay up to and over a year; hence not many reviews. We are looking forward to hosting you!
Garage is used for storage but there's plenty of driveway parking. You're welcome to store your luggage, etc in the garage.

Why they chose this property
This home is a half mile from our home. We love the country feel and the access to Percy Priest Lake. We only buy homes that we would live in, ourselves. While you're here, if you need anything, we'll be right there. We're happy to bring you anything you need during your stay or take you on a hike. We have two kayaks which you're welcome to use (just mention it).
What makes this property unique
This home is very quiet and privatei on an acre, a good distance from neighbors while still being within minutes of anything you can think of including groceries, Summit Hospital, pharmacies and restaurants. We'll be happy to direct you to whatever you need or give you ideas of things to do while you're in the Nashville area.
