About this property

AGREABLE CHALET à BESSE au coeur de la nature Berthelage

This large chalet of 80m² offers a spacious and comfortable setting, perfect for a family stay or with friends.

It includes 3 bedrooms and a large terrace with an unobstructed view of the neighboring valleys, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquility.



Located near all amenities and the Super-Besse station, this chalet combines comfort, practicality, and the ideal location to fully enjoy mountain activities.



The key reception and return is done at our Saint-Nectaire office independently with our connected key box.



Options that must be requested during booking:



(ATTENTION, our laundry kits are biodegradable and disposable)



- Laundry kit including:



* large bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)



* small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase ($15)



Towel at 5 euros each (55*120), at the end of the stay, bring them back home with you!



End-of-stay cleaning mandatory.



A mandatory deposit of €800 (not cashed) will be requested (check or bank imprint).



The key handover (arrival and departure) takes place at the Saint-Nectaire agency.

Animals are accepted for an amount of 30€ per animal and per stay (up to 2)

la vue le paysage est très beau il y a de belles ballades à faire nous avons bien profité l'accès au logement avec tous les bagages c'est difficile de monter tout le monde n'a pas de 4 / 4 il faudrait dire que ce n'est pas si calme que ça dans la journée avec le passage de beaucoup de voitures sur la route principale les escaliers sont un peu raides dans l'appartement mais ça vous ni pouvez rien il faudrait 2 WWC ne pas inscrire chalet avec terrain on ne peut rien faire sur le peu de terrain qu'il y a avec des enfants on ne peut pas faire de jeux extérieurs merci pour votre compréhension
