Less than 5 minutes by car from the beaches and shops, this beautiful villa boasts an incredible panoramic sea view.

Very sunny, this villa is located in a quiet area.

The villa can accommodate 10 people with its 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:

- the master bedroom with its double bed, bathroom, whirlpool bath, shower and WC. This room has a balcony with a magnificent sea view.

- two bedrooms (with double bed) and a bathroom and WC. One with a sea view and the other with a view of the swimming pool.

- an independent studio with a double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and WC. Large bay with sea views from the studio.

A large lounge/dining room opening onto a beautiful terrace balcony with splendid views over the Bay of Saint-Tropez. The lounge is equipped with a connected television, audio-visual system and a fireplace.

3 kitchens are available for your stay:
- the well-equipped indoor kitchen close to the living room
- the outdoor kitchen with its gas barbecue and very large terrace with magnificent sea views
- the studio's fully-equipped kitchen

Another terrace, again with sea views, opens onto a private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool. The pool is maintained and cleaned weekly and is secured by an electric cover. The pool can be heated on request from early April to late October.

You can relax in the sun on the sun loungers on the villa's various terraces or in the shade.

Many other facilities are included: TV, WIFI, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, hoover, air conditioning, etc.

You can park several vehicles in the villa's enclosed car park. This car park includes a Tesla fast-charging station, which is available free of charge. It is compatible with other major brand electric vehicles.

This unique villa is just a 20-minute walk from the beautiful Garonnette beach and its yacht club.

From the villa, you can visit the beautiful towns of the region: Sainte Maxime, Saint-Raphaël, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Pampelone and its beaches... You can also visit Saint Tropez 30 minutes away by car or by taking advantage of the maritime shuttles that leave from the port of San Peire (5 minutes' drive from the villa) and cross the bay in 20 minutes.
Toulon airport is 50 km away, Nice 70 km.

Outside the school holidays, short-stay rentals are available.
