We had a wonderful time here! The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect. Everything is very close by! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need, it is very clean and comfortable. It was a was wonderful experience. Above all, the owner is an absolute joy to work with!

Parfait pour un séjour à Biarritz

L’appartement, récemment refait à neuf, est idéalement situé à deux pas de la grande plage, au cœur du centre ville et des commerces. Il n’est pas très grand, mais son aménagement le rend fonctionnel et agréable à vivre pour 3 personnes. On peut tout à fait se passer de voiture. Le lieu est très calme et permet de se reposer. La terrasse est parfaite par exemple pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou savourer une boisson. Petite cerise sur le gâteau : la propriétaire est charmante.

Un petit coin de paradis proche de toutes commodités

On oublie la voiture, très bien situé avec terrasse. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et présente en cas de besoin mais non invasive. Très satisfaits de notre séjour. Literie de qualité, SDB neuve avec douche à l'italienne, TV écran plat. Que du bonheur.

Isabelle est très accueillante, la maison est très bien située, près des commerçants et de la plage, pas besoin de voiture. Il y a 4 couchages mais la location convient mieux pour 2 personnes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Mme North. La situation en centre-ville de la maison permet de profiter pleinement des activités à Biarritz et de la plage. Un séjour très appréciable, nous en sommes très satisfaites !

La situación es inmejorable. Dotado de todo lo necesario,. Nosotros eramos tres y estuvimos bien, quizá para cuatro es pequeño. Pero el lugar donde está, tan cerca de todo, te hace olvidar eso.

In het centrum. Dicht bij alles...

Klein voor 4 personen, maar alles aanwezig. Schoon, keukengerei en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Prima locatie, dicht bij het strand en het centrum. 4 brede trappen omhoog.. Plek voor de deur om in- en uit te laden. Dicht bij het centrum en allerlei kleine winkeltjes. Bakker om de hoek..ook glutenvrij van alles in de buurt verkrijgbaar. Lieve behulpzame verhuurder.

Etwas kleiner als gedacht, dennoch soweit alles gut.

Die Lage war sehr gut, die Wohnung hat einen Balkon auf dem man auch zu dritt recht gut sitzen kann. Es gab eine Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe, der Schlafraum ist etwas klein, für 3-4 Leute würde man sich vielleicht einen zweiten Raum wünschen. Bad und Küche waren soweit super. Preislich wären andere Wohnungen teurer gewesen, sodass wir mit unserem Besuch recht zufrieden waren!

Centre ville Experience!

If you want to stay in Biarritz right in the heart of the town this is the place for you. My wife and I stayed here for one week and it was perfect to enjoy Biarritz at its most convenient! If you know Biarritz, you will know there are great restaurants, boulongers and shops right on your doorstep. I stepped out every morning to the bakery at the bottom of rue jean bart and we had breakfast on the balcony. Often we finished the day in Bar Baskus on rue helder. The apartment was very well equipped, plenty of space and the double glazing kept out the noise. Madame North was very helpful and welcoming, and works in the city centre so can be contacted if anything goes wrong (though it didn't!). All in all a perfect spot for a city centre sojourn. Beimid ar ais! Si vous voulez rester à Biarritz en plein cœur de la ville, c'est l'endroit pour vous. Ma femme et moi avons séjourné ici pendant une semaine et c'était parfait pour profiter de Biarritz plus pratique! Si vous connaissez Biarritz, vous savez, il ya d'excellents restaurants, boulangers et commerces à votre porte. Je suis sorti chaque matin à la boulangerie en bas de Rue Jean Bart et nous avons pris nos petit déjeuner au balcon. Et nous avons passé le fin du soirée à Bar Baskus (Rue Helder). L'appartement est très bien équipée, beaucoup d'espace et le double vitrage. Mme North nous a donné un accueil chaleureux et était très serviable et informatif. Elle travaille dans le centre-ville, donc être contacté en cas de problème. En général un location idéal pour un séjour en centre-ville.

Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire. Depuis 2012 l'appartement est équipé de double vitrage et la villa classée à été totalement rénovée
