About this property
Splash 'N Heavenly Views – Indoor Pool, Theater & Mountain Views
A Luxury Gatlinburg Lodge for the Whole Crew Splash 'N Heavenly Views is a 7-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom lodge perched above the valley in Chalet Village Resort, Gatlinburg, Tennessee. With room for up to 20 guests, this spacious property combines rustic charm with high-end amenities — from warm wood plank walls and a stacked stone fireplace in the living room to a fully equipped kitchen and long farm table perfect for group dinners. Whether your group is gathering for a reunion, a milestone celebration, or simply a week away in the Smokies, this lodge was built for it.
Swim, Play, and Watch — All Day The private indoor pool is open year-round and one of the property's standout features. Splash around, shoot hoops from the water with the pool basketball hoop, or settle into the stone spa area while everyone takes turns at the deep end. When the pool can wait, the home theater steps up with rows of recliner seats and a big screen TV for movie nights, while the upstairs game room delivers hours of competition with a pool table, dual basketball shooting game, and arcade unit — all framed by sweeping mountain views.
Suites, Bunks, and Beds for Everyone Six king bedrooms each have a private en suite bathroom and a TV, with some offering direct deck access for mornings spent in the mountain air. The seventh bedroom features rustic log bunk beds, deck access, and a unique bonus: a door that opens directly into the indoor pool room. Two queen sleeper sofas throughout the cabin round out the sleeping arrangements. Eight and a half bathrooms with vessel sinks and granite vanities keep morning routines smooth even for a group of 20.
Outdoor Living with Mountain Panoramas Step outside to multiple decks and a covered lower patio where panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains greet you from every angle. The outdoor hot tub is perfect after a day of hiking or sightseeing, and the firepit with seating is a natural gathering spot for s'mores and stargazing under a wide mountain sky. A charcoal grill is ready for cookouts, and string lights overhead set the mood for long evenings outside. Guests also enjoy complimentary seasonal access to Chalet Village Resort's 3 clubhouses with outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness equipment, and playgrounds.
Gatlinburg and Beyond From Splash 'N Heavenly Views, downtown Gatlinburg is just minutes away — stroll the Parkway for dining, shops, and mini golf; ride the gondola up to Ober Mountain for skiing in winter or alpine activities in summer; and explore Anakeesta's ziplines, mountain coaster, and treetop walks. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a short drive for hiking, fishing, and wildlife sightings. Ole Smoky Moonshine, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, and Gatlinburg SkyBridge round out the options nearby, and Pigeon Forge with Dollywood is an easy drive away.

My entire family spent a long weekend in this cabin, and it was wonderful. There were certainly some things that needed fixed or updated, but overall, the cabin was clean, spacious and accommodating. We took advantage of every amenity. Highly recommend for large families.

We enjoyed our stay. The views are amazing. The pool was a nice feature. We loved the huge kitchen with double sinks, double ovens, double sinks and double refrigerators!!! Sooo much seating in the dining area was super helpful too.
Awesome! Our first time and we are already planning to come back next year! Loved the beautiful bears!

This is an amazing property! It was perfect for our families. The kids had an amazing time in the pool
and adults loved the hot tub. We only wished there were more bowls, pots etc… to cook for 18 people.
We highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. My family loved the indoor pool, even though it was kind of cold. While on the deck in the morning, we watched bears walking around a neighboring house under construction. Such a beautiful area. Would love to go back!

Enough Space
Property is definitely spacious. However it’s lacks in many areas. Pool temperature, cleanliness/pest control/pots&pans and the lack of communication from property management. But overall we made the best of everything and enjoyed our family trip.

Trina, we’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed your family trip and made the most of your time together, but we’re truly sorry for the difficulties you encountered during your stay. Dealing with issues like the pool temperature, cleanliness, and pests must have been frustrating, especially when you were hoping for a relaxing and carefree getaway with your loved ones. These concerns, along with the challenges you faced with cookware, are far from the standard we strive to provide for our guests.
We also regret falling short in communication, as clear and timely responses are such an important part of creating a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your feedback highlights areas where we need to improve.
It means so much that you shared your experience with us, as it helps us understand where we can do better. Thank you for taking the time to let us know.
Cabin overall was nice & we enjoyed our stay until we received a message after that we were being charged for “removing” some door panel from the back porch. We didn’t even go to that section of the cabin. If you rent make sure to do a DEEP walk through and observation of the cabin, take pictures and send them right away or you will be blamed and charged for something you didnt do.
There was a bar of soap in the Pool so it was not properly cleaned it was gross.
The jacuzzi would not warm up so it wad just cold bubbly water.
A shower handle was broken and my kid got hurt when opening the bathroom door.
You get a full list of things to do before you leave so your basically almost leaving the cabin spotless for them.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Rut. We’re truly sorry to hear about your challenges during your stay. While we’re glad there were some aspects you enjoyed, the issues you encountered are deeply concerning.
Cleaning concerns, maintenance problems, and unexpected charges after checkout are understandably frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the impact these had on your stay. Most troubling is hearing that your child was hurt due to the broken shower handle—safety should never be compromised, and we deeply regret this occurred.
It means a lot that you reached out during your stay; it gave us the chance to address your concerns. I’m relieved that we were able to find a solution together. Listening to our guests is incredibly important to us, and your feedback is truly valued as it helps us improve moving forward.
We also understand how disappointing it must have been to encounter issues with the jacuzzi, soap in the pool, and the overall condition of the cabin. These details matter, and your feedback will help us better address and prioritize areas for improvement. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us!

Would not recommend
Cons:
You are paying for amenities that are either run down or broken
- Pool was not heated. I called 2 days before check in to verify that pool would be heated and the property manager guaranteed that it would be at 82 degrees as it was just serviced the day before. We arrived and the pool was 72. I called and the property manager said that it should be set for 79 and that we should wait for it to heat. On the third day a maintenance guy arrived and said that the heater was not even turned on and that it was broken. We were lied to multiple times by the property manager.
- Arcade game was broken.
- Pool table cue sticks were either broken or did not have tips. Could barely play.
Bathrooms were dirty with over half of the shower curtains having mold on them.
Property managers were not helpful when we called with questions or concerns.
Pros:
Nicely appointed kitchen.
Plenty of space.
Nice views.

We regret hearing about your poor cabin experience, and we're deeply sorry for all the frustrations these inconveniences caused. We can imagine how upsetting it must have been to deal with inadequate cleaning, temperature issues in the pool, a non-functioning arcade, and broken cue sticks. Then to make matters worse, you felt deceived and unaccommodated by our staff. This is in no way acceptable to us, and we completely understand your disappointment. We're glad we could have maintenance come out to fix the arcade and the pool temperature. However, these amenities should have been in working order before your arrival. While we wish we had the opportunity to address your additional concerns, we are grateful for you taking the time to bring these matters to our attention. We have notified all departments involved of your feedback to address the reported issues with care and implement an action plan to prevent this from happening again. Please know this is not how we operate, and we, again, sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience. We hope for the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Cabin was beautiful! Kitchen could use a restocking of utensils and cookware. But overall was a beautiful home very spacious and nice. Would definitely rent again.
Everything went really well with our stay. We had awesome views. There was an issue with one of the air conditioning units the first night, but someone was out to fix it within 2 hours. We would stay here again and recommend this property.

Not worth the money. Overpriced
Dirty, Dirty!!! This property was way overpriced and not what we expected at all. Lots of things broken and not working correctly. I would never stay at this property again. It’s overpriced and honestly I feel like I was scammed. Their was a fee for everything. Pool fee, cleaning fee(which you could not tell the property had been cleaned) there was 5 or 6 fees attached which was ridiculous! Don’t book this property unless you would like to be scammed!!!
