It was clear the owners care about the property and guests. Little gifts of wine, cookies, hot chocolate, etc made the difference between a nice place to stay and a truly welcoming retreat.
Beautiful cabin, in a beautiful place with great views of the mountains and close proximity to RMNP. This cabin was perfect for our week of hiking and exploring RMNP. It has a very well stocked kitchen, which is nice if you don’t want to eat out. The furniture is very comfortable and the linens are nice too! Thanks to our hosts for a lovely place to stay and revel in the beauty of the area.
This property was wonderful! It was super clean and so well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect. So close to RMNP and close Estes Park without being in the crowds. We had a mule deer and her two babies visit everyday. The owners a very responsive a great to work with. I Highly recommend this sweet cabin!!
Just enough off the beaten path. We were close enough to Estes Park to be there in less than ten minutes, but away from all the crowds. The place was perfect and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was great for sweaty hiking clothes. Loved the sunrises and sunsets. Absolutely loved the place.
The Cabin is beautiful, clean, has great amenities and is right next to Rocky Mountain National Park. We truly enjoyed watching wild life and exploring around Estes Park.
Loved our stay at Longs Peak Cabin. Nice sitting area in the yard overlooking Longs Peak. Loved the wine and treats that were provided - very nice surprise. Bed was very comfortable but a little difficult getting in & out on one side as it was very close to the wall.
Suggest moving end table to that side & thereby giving more room.
Otherwise the cabin was great. Loved the recliners in the living room.
We loved our stay at Longs Peak Retreat! From check in to check out things went so smoothly. The view from the living room was breathtaking and loved that we could swivel the chairs around and enjoy the view. The many windows also made for great viewing of wildlife. We saw deer make their way through the yard on more than one occasion. We were impressed with how clean the cabin was and loved the décor. It was very welcoming and warm. Visiting in March it was of course chilly at night and it was so nice to be cozy by the fireplace. The cabin is in a great location for easy access to RMNP as well as downtown Estes Park. We would love to come back for another stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed spending our honeymoon in this cozy cabin nestled in the mountains of Estes Park. Whether watching the snow gently fall outside the window while snuggling in front of the glow of the fireplace or taking in the beautiful sights while on an nature walk, this cabin offers it all while still being conveniently located near the town centre. The hosts, Karen and Scott, were very prompt in answering all of our questions and have created the perfect space for a wonderful time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I would definitely recommend this location for couples, small families, or even a solo retreat.
Great comfortable and cozy cabin with beautiful views of the mountains from the kitchen or from the recliners in the living room.
Property manager was very responsive to any emails and questions we had.
Can’t wait to return!!

Why they chose this property
The moment we saw this property, we feel in love. The rustic yet modern feeling this cabin brings is wonderful. You feel like you are in a private retreat yet have the luxuries of the 21st century. The views of Long's Peak from all the big view windows allow you to gaze and reflect all day long.
