Oceanviews of Seabright Beach from this classic California beach house!



The Space:

Cypress-by-the-Sea is one of the original oceanside vacation cottages in the wonderful Seabright beach neighborhood of Santa Cruz. This pet friendly ocean view home is just three houses up from the sands of Seabright beach! This historic home has been thoughtfully updated while retaining some vintage charm. This two story house has three bedrooms, and two baths. There is a separate living room, dining room, and laundry room off of the kitchen. There is plenty of space in this house for the family to gather after a fun day at the beach!



Two bedrooms have queen size beds, the third bedroom offers two single beds.



One dog is allowed with property manager approval and the payment of $100 non-refundable pet fee.



There are also several restaurants and cafes all within walking distance of this house, as well as Seabright Beach!

Really wonderful place with spectacular access to the beach. It also felt like a special experience to be staying in this historic cottage. Only small inconvenience is the original wooden architecture that makes it a bit noisy as humans move around the space as up/down the stairs. But, it was truly a small price to pay for a great space we enjoyed!

A special week away

My friends and I came to Santa Cruz to commemorate a family loss and had the most peaceful and comfortable time. Having the beach steps from the house was magical, and the easy walk to the Boardwalk added so much joy. Every single person in our group left wishing we lived here full time, and my pup feels the same!
