Charming Coastal Resort Cottage - Gated Private Beach Entrance

Bright, cozy and airy within the Maravilla gated beach resort. Lots of space, windows and light. Great for kids too with room for cribs. Walk to the beach with 2 pools, tennis courts, gym, basketball and clubhouse. On a non cut through road with low traffic, great if kids are out front. Close to everything ,about 340 yards or less than a five minute walk to the private beach entrance. Close shopping and restaurants near the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Fantastic place to experience the Emerald Coast. Welcome to pets and the home backs up to a large grassed field to walk them. Best of all private beach access to limit the crowds on the beach.

Great Family Vacation

Brads place had all the amenities that made staying in Destin with young children, very easy and enjoyable. Kids loved the pool and the bikes as well! Great location as well. Would stay again!

Lots of extras included with rental. Bikes, kids beach toys, beach wagon. We enjoyed our stay. Gorgeous time of year to be in Destin.

Great Stay

Check in directions were super easy to follow. Neighborhood was lovely and close to the beach. Host was great at responding and communicating when needed. One major downfall was the internet being out the majority of the trip and it not being able to get fixed during our stay.

Wonderful experience!

The house was the perfect size for our group. It is walking distance to a beautiful beach. The house is clean and well maintained. The host is very communicative and helpful! I wish there were more plates and silverware - the house sleeps 12, but there are only enough dishes for 8. So make sure and bring paper plates and plasticware!

Lots of Room

The house had a lot more room than I thought it would. I was pleasantly surprised. Great location. It was nice to have access to the private beach. It wasn’t near as crowded as the rest of the beach.

Wonderful home

The house was roomier than pictured. Very clean. The area feels very safe. We were able to walk to the beach and area restaurants. The manager, Brad, was very attentive to any questions or needs we had. We would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect beach retreat

We stayed in this home prior to moving to the area. This house was perfectly located near the beach as well as other attractions for much-needed R&R before the big move. The property manager was amazing. Communication was swift and any questions were answered promptly. Our family of 6 plus our fur baby had a wonderful time.

Easy walk to restaurants and bars. House was clean with plenty of room. Owners were attentive to any questions we had and suggestions for places to visit. The pool and hot tub were always comfortably warm even in Feb! Thanks Brad and Lisa.

Everything we needed and more!

We were really impressed with this property. It was very clean and spacious. Our family of 9 was very comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Close to attractions and shopping. I would stay here again.

Married for 34 years to the same wonderful woman. 4 kids from 23 to 32 spread around the country. Been around and in Destin since 1967, seen a lot, just ask me :). Love FSU football or at least used to love it, now I just suffer through it.

Why they chose this property

Close to everything especialiy the beach with our own private entrance. Lots of beds to put the family with five bedrooms and a pull out in the living room. In a quiet patrolled and gated resort with lots of on property amenties. Two miles from outlet malls in Sandestin, three miles from Destin Commons shopping. Restaurants all around us and over 100 holes of golf. Central air of course and each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the house has high ceilings for a bright and airy feeling.

What makes this property unique

Lots of space.
Bright, airy and cheerful. Best of all, private beach entrance so you can find a spot on the beach easily. Vendors rent out umbrella and chairs right on the beach.
