We had a fabulous stay! There was everything we needed more at this home! Very clean, comfortable beds, toys/games, adult bikes lots of seating indoor & outdoor, lake shed stocked with recreational items. Large flattop grill was great for outdoor cooking, loved that they had the blckstone seasoning & conditioner. Close to the state park with also has a large sandy beach.

Tim's place was perfect. Tons of outdoor space to enjoy, dock in the cove was great as we could leave our boat in the water, quiet location. It is as advertised. Close to grocery store. Place was stocked with all things you would need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful. The house was spacious. The three season porch with views of the lake was our favorite space. The kitchen was stock with all the items you need to cook. There were lots of game and dvd options. Would recommend the property and we hope to be back again!

I was born in a small community and have always loved being near water. Being a realtor for roughly 20 years I have helped a lot of other people buy the perfect lake home and decided it was time to do it myself. I do real estate thru out all of MN and southern Florida where I also have a home on Marco Island that we rent out for people to vacation at and enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches, warm sunshine, awesome pool and all we have. I am all about family and very close to mine. Life is short so I hope in whatever you do, you enjoy life and whoever God has given you to enjoy it with!

Why they chose this property

I first purchased this home because my parents and I wanted a place on the lake with a level yard to the lake where they can fish off the dock. We looked for a couple years before we found this and from the moment we walked in knew it was right. Unfortunately my Dad has Alzheimer's and it was just to hard to make the adjustment so we decided instead of selling it we would keep and share it with others thru VRBO. This way family and ourselves can still use it as we are able. We hope you love it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this home the 1st time we pulled in the driveway. Looking at the level yard to the lake and seeing the beautiful bay area sold us immediately! We imagined the great fishing off the dock, playing yard games, fires at night, the large deck for our family and how cozy the home was. We felt blessed and after some discussion decided to make it available for others as we knew we wouldn't be there all year long. We are remodeling as we go trying to make it more comfortable for ourselves and those who choose to stay and visit our home. We have kayaks, commercial video game, numerous movies and other games as well available for everyone to use. We appreciate any feedback and or comments on how we can improve or maybe things you would like to see us change to make you stay more enjoyable and fun!
