it was a great location, host was very responsive as we need additional instruction on the TV, washing machine, and microwave as we weren't familiar with the brands. would have been helpful to have instructions for foreign travelers, and the apartment was clean. The living room picture is not the furnishings that we found. the seating was fine for two people but there wasn't adequate seating for 4. The rain shower head wasn't working however the handheld shower was good and had nice water pressure. Our feeling was it could be a 5 star property with a little more emphasis on the details.

Friends long weekend

Loft Spacieux was even better than advertised! The unique and modern style and space flows seemlessly with lots of room for anything you would want to do. It's located in an interior courtyard with lush vegetation so there's zero street noise while still getting view of the outside. Romain was super responsive if we had questions - like within a few minutes. The shower and bathroom are updated and the main room connects to the kitchen with an open vibe. There's a bluetooth speaker and an outdoor garden table. Just really lovely and easy. All this right in the middle of Paris . . . steps from Pont Neuf! We will definitely use it next time we're in Paris because it's so convenient, up-to-date, and fun!

Our goal was to stay close to Point Neuf and we definitely got it right. It is right off the street in front of the Seine, but quiet as the room is inside the courtyard. The host responded quickly and was very attentive. Location is great with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. We walked everywhere. The loft is pretty and modern, with a cool see through floor in one of the bedrooms. The loft is nice, however it was too hot for us especially at night. When we were there during the day we felt safe to open the doors to let some cool air in, but at night the small windows on top of the doors were not enough to cool. We finally got the 2 fans available and had them pointed to the bed to help cool us off. There was no closet storage as the closet had personal clothes so we kept our suitcases out and items spread out in living/dining area. Toiletries in shower also seemed personal (used bar soap) so I found that odd. Ameneties were pretty basic. In case of limitations, know you have to take some steps up to both bedrooms. Overall we really appreciated the location and response of the host.
