This condo was exactly as stated in the listing. Super clean and well maintained. 12th floor with beautiful views. The only thing missing for me was a Keurig coffee maker. But other than that it was a perfect stay.

The location was wonderful with great beach access. Check in process was simple. The upholstered furniture needs a good cleaning and the wooden furniture was chipped. Kitchen could use a few more essentials, particularly a scissors and a pizza pan or cookie sheet that would fit a pizza. The listing indicated a fitness center but it was actually in building 3 and was too hot to use which was disappointing. Water access was shut off for one day during our stay which for us meant no going to the beach that day as we could not shower off after being in the water. The view was tremendous and we saw dolphins come within 20 feet of the shore.

Great location with awesome view. Very clean. Easy check in/out. You couldn’t see a good clear view of sunrise or sunset from the balcony but it was a perfect location and a perfect vacation. We would definitely go back.

Great Beach Condo

Property was in great condition, minimal wear and much cleaner than I expected for beachfront. The balcony is spacious with nice table, chairs & chaise lounge. Clear communication on check-in. Would definitely stay at another Beachball managed location in the future.

Great location. You can walk for miles on the beautiful beach!

We had a great view of sunrise & sunsets every day, which were amazing. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Pool & beach was never crowded. This could be due to the time of the year we stayed. We were on the 12 floor & getting an elevator was never a problem. Would recommend.

It is a lovely unit in a great location. The bed is comfortable and the view is spectacular. We love the large table. Our biggest complaint is the shower in the Master. It was difficult to adjust the temperature and to keep the spigot selector for the shower in place. We mentioned this last year but nothing had been corrected. The mirrors on the wall all across the unit are distracting, and it would be nice to have a more comfortable recliner.

Overall had a wonderful vacation. Orange beach is awesome. Was a little disappointed in our condo as we killed three roaches while there and one elevator was broken which slowed down our coming and going.

Pretty nice place. Just a couple of things, no can opener, tv’s not all same channels and main tv some channels were not clear for all channels. It was a nice location on the beach and pretty central for all other activities. All in all a good stay.

Everything needed for a special family vacation

Several adult siblings met up in Orange beach AL for a week long vacation. This condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful too The condo was clean. The a/c was cold. Washer and dryer and dishwasher all worked great. We will be back
