The Greenwood Getaway is a private apartment with a separate entrance from the main house. It's a modern space that has great views, a multitude of amenities, and proximity to Greenwood Ave. This unit is designed for function and comfort. Greenwood Getaway is half a block from Greenwood Ave which provides great coffee, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also located just a couple blocks away from beautiful Greenlake and everything it has to offer! The space is equipped with a full kitchen which includes a full-sized range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils. Also included is a washer/dryer for those long trips.

Phinney Ridge Place

The apartment was very nice but quite compact. The clothes washer/dryer was a single device and it was loud and took two hours/cycle. Parking on the street was easy and the location was excellent. The host was helful and friendly.

Straight out of a design magazine

This little place is laid out perfectly with top end appliances and design straight from a HGTV show! A very short walk to nice restaurants on Greenwood Ave or down to the community’s favorite lake with walking path and cute spots to eat!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing long weekend getaway to Seattle. Clean, modern, and comfortable accommodations in a quiet walkable neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Nice place in Seattle

This place is very nice and clean. Everything you might need is there for you! Decorated very nice everything is new super nice place to stay and close to everything easy to get around. Definitely recommend staying here for 2 people was perfect
