Hi! Thank you for your feedback and I am glad you and your friends had a great time. As you know we strive for 5 stars, can you let me know what we could have done better to make it perfect?
Awesome, unique place! Loved the decor and the whole vibe! Very clean, close to restaurants and Stewart's. Convenient to area attractions like The Great Sacandaga Lake. Definitely recommend! We
I really enjoyed Erin's place. I love "out of the norm" places to stay. It was fun, interesting, clean and comfortable. Erin was very responsive and a great host.
We really enjoyed our stay. I had a question for Erin when we arrived and she responded immediately. The Stewart's across the street has everything, including great ice cream! We'd stay here again.
This was my third time staying at the Pulpit House. It is so cozy, comfortable, clean and fun! I never want to get out of that fantastic bed! All of the furnishings are so interesting and unique. I discover something new every time I stay. Can't wait to go back again!
We stayed in the Pulpit House previously and once again found it perfect for a relaxed gathering of friends. Spacious and well-equipped, it is full of interesting detail and atmosphere. Erin is unfailingly helpful and communicative. We look forward to next time!
The decor and amenities were awesome! The king bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were very soft. The kitchen had everything imaginable. It was very dog friendly, including dishes for dog food and water. Restaurants and Stewart’s nearby were economical and had very good service and food. We will definitely stay again!
My wife and I had a wonderful time during our stay; the property was spacious, clean, and had an incredible ambiance. Exploring the old sanctuary upstairs was a delight, and we hardly had time to appreciate all of the character and class of the property. The hosts were gracious and responsive, and we will definitely be staying again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Pulpit house is unique gem in the little village of Hagaman. It is both spacious and cozy with lovely furnishings & fully equipped large kitchen. I was impressed when I saw their pictures, but you can only truly appreciate the charm by seeing it in person.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. Spacious, clean, modern amenities, peaceful, great location. And the owners are fantastic. So helpful and conscientious. We were up there for an event in Saratoga which was a quick 25 minute drive. So glad we chose to stay there instead of in downtown Saratoga. We would absolutely stay there again!
This is a very special place, perfect for the friends reunion we planned. It's spacious with lots of different areas for activities and conversations, and there's a great deal of entertainment in the games, instruments, and curiosities already there. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy for multiple people to operate in. We will definitely be returning!
Loved the old church. We knew the pastor who was there for 20 years! Such a lovely little town. Thank you to the owners for sharing this beautiful place and piece of history with us. Thanks to the property manager Erin who was very friendly

We live in the Village also and love to travel and expore other short term rentals when we are visiting new places
Why they chose this property
We love this quiet, country village. Stewarts Ice Cream, CP's restaurant, Cronies Restaurant, Post Office and Park/Creek are all within walking distance.
What makes this property unique
This is an old Methodist Church that we saved from being torn apart and sold off. The stained glass windows, pews and much of the old tables and chairs along with pianos and organs are still there to admire.
