We offer to you, for rent, in Nice, this charming air-conditioned apartment, in duplex, at less than one kilometer of the beach. With an area of 59 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 5th and last floor of a beautiful building in Nice (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 40 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First level:
- A bright living room of 40 m² with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed, armchairs and dining area
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Room 1 : a bunk bed (2 beds)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

On the first floor :
- Room 2 : a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even more comfort : washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A balcony of about 6 m² with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days

The apartment is ideally located in Nice, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Nice, bright all year round, is the ideal place for your getaway in the French Riviera. This lively city with its stores and boutiques as well as its breathtaking landscapes is not lacking in resources! You will be amazed by the beauty of its beaches combining pebbles and turquoise waters as well as its monuments with mythical and colorful architecture. Stroll along the Promenade des Anglais, stroll along the Cours Saleya, observe and discover its most amazing listed monuments such as the Saint-Nicolas cathedral or the Matisse museum!

Everything is accessible on foot or by streetcar, no need for a car!
