This Beachfront condo features an open floor plan with a large kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and living room, providing a great family-friendly gathering area. Its large windows & two double-glass sliding doors open onto a wrap-around balcony providing a PANORAMIC view of the Gulf Of Mexico that is truly SPECTACULAR!
This very spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room & dining area. A large breakfast bar with extra counter space provides plenty of room for meal preparation. A new 55-inch Samsung Smart TV can be viewed from the kitchen, living room, and dining area.
The large luxurious master bedroom suite offers another grand ocean view from the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. Its spacious, private bath is furnished with double sinks, a vanity, a large corner shower & separate bathtub, a linen closet, and a walk-in dressing closet.

The guest room provides a comfortable new king-size bed and connects to a spacious bathroom.
Both bedrooms are furnished with Samsung Smart TV's.
Relax on your private balcony, which stretches from the master bedroom and wraps around the living room. Enjoy breakfast & your favorite sunset cocktails!

Calypso offers two 175 ft. pools with a sunset tiki bar in between, right on the Gulf of Mexico, where you will find many beach activities and your free set of Beach Chairs and umbrella!

I can’t say enough good things about the stay at PCB! The home was exceedingly clean and comfortable with amazing views. We loved the garage parking under the building with easy access to the elevators. The location is great and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay and can’t wait to return!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO

This 2BR 2BTH condo is beautiful. The views are amazing. The unit comes with 2 beach chairs but she also has extra chairs in the condo that you can use which was very ideal for us. Perfect location for shopping and dining at Pier Park.

I traveled the world in a wonderful 30-year career with Delta Airlines. My career took me to Atlanta, GA, where I raised 3 fabulous children. Even though I love Atlanta, I am from the Tampa, Clearwater area & missed the smell & sounds of the ocean.
When an opportunity brought me to the Panama City Beach area, I was shocked to find such a beautiful Beach! We usually returned to South Florida for boating & beach vacations. I had no idea that one of the most beautiful beaches in the world was right there in the panhandle & much closer to Atlanta. It's only a 5-6 hour drive away and about a 50-minute flight.
In 2003, I decided to invest in beachfront condos, and it has become a full-time career. I now live in Kennesaw, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. I still love the hospitality industry & traveling the world!
I'm always a phone call away and always available to my tenants!

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location!
I acquired this property when it was in pre-construction knowing that Pier Park was in the Planning.
There was only one street that ran from Front Beach Rd. to Hwy. 98, a round about with a globe, and palm trees which lined the street.
It took a few years, but all came together, and has become the most popular place to be on Panama City Beach.

What makes this property unique

Of course, I just mentioned its location makes it unique...But it also has grown into much more and continues to grow. The city pier stretches out into the Gulf of Mexico next to Calypso where all the city holiday fireworks displays are shot into the sky.
At Calypso, you have a front-row seat on your very own balcony!
Pier Park with its nonending shops and restaurants is an easy walk away. Also, as it stretches across Hwy. 98, lies a huge sports complex, featuring, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, Swimming, biking & walking trails. And an outdoor Amphitheater, where many top-name musical performances are performed. It's all located on the beautiful sugar-white, sandy beaches of the Gulf Of Mexico!
The International Air Port is about 15 minutes away which has made it a great fly-in destination.
I could go on & on & still not mention all of the benefits because the area keeps growing!
