Located just a 5-8 minute drive from the beaches and minutes away from local restaurants and shops, this house has everything you need for a relaxing experience. Your stay includes access to bicycles, beach essentials, baby stuff, and an outdoor gas grill.

Dishwasher and washer detergents are provided for the first couple of days of your stay.
Propane for grilling is not provided, but you can refill our tank at Walmart or Home Depot.
Please clean the grill after each use. A $50 charge will apply if the grill is left dirty.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load the dishwasher and wash pots and pans ● Place used towels in the bathtub ● Leave all bedding as is ● Set the A/C to 76°F
● Turn off all lights and lock the doors ● Place garbage in the outdoor trash container
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Note. Villa has video/audio lock/doorbell. Outdoor camera located at the front. Please keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours(10 pm-8 am).
Please clean outdoor grill once being used, turn it off and place a cover. Please not overfill containers and keep lid closed.
Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the drain. Food, etc. burned onto cooktop may cause a double cleaning charge.

The house was great, clean & everything I needed was there. Coffee, towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs etc. it was close to Manasota beach, stores & restaurants. The only slight problem was getting in to the house because of the locking device. Kate was available immediately & the problem was addressed. It was difficult because I didn’t understand the mechanics behind it. My nephew & granddaughter loved the Mr. PAC Man game. Yes I would stay there again & recommend this property to anyone. I stayed at the property 2 weeks & hope to return soon on my next trip to Florida!

We've been staying at properties for years and this could be our favorite so far. It was beautifully remodeled and well maintained. Very comfortable with anything you might need including shampoo, body wash, coffee. We absolutely loved it.

Very clean, well layed-out house, plenty of room for the 5 of us, comfy beds. Coffee pods and ground coffee even provided! We had quite a bit of trouble with the entry keypad, but the owner was very responsive and helped us gain access. Overall a great stay and would stay here again.

Loved this house. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The location is great just a short drive to the beaches. The owners also supplied nice beach chairs, towels, and everything you need to sift for shark teeth. Will definitely try to book again on our next stay in Venice.

Just what we needed

Super clean house!! We loved our stay at this house. It was about a 15 min drive to shark tooth beach and less than 5 min to town. No issues with the house just wish it had a pool. Overall great place to stay.
