This first floor end unit is ideal for loading and unloading all your gear. No steps to deal with!

Relax after a day on the slopes next to the stone gas fireplace in the comfortable living room that includes bright natural light and stunning mountain views. Stream your favorite movie on the 55” flat screen. Step out the backdoor and enjoy a cocktail and fresh mountain air on the balcony while taking in views of Winter Park Resort.

The updated fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. Cook your favorite meal and enjoy it together at the four-person dining table. Four bar stools pull up to the large granite countertop for additional seating.

The master bedroom features a king bed and mountain views. Use the desk to catch up on emails or comfortably use it to work remotely. The en-suite bathroom is beautifully updated.

The second bedroom features a twin over queen bunkbed and en-suite bathroom.

Slide into the community indoor pool or one of the three hot tubs to recharge your body in the clubhouse.

If shredding the mountain is your thing, this is the closest location you can have to the mountain and be within the town of Winter Park. Take the complimentary shuttle to and from Winter Park Resort. It picks you up right outside your door.

Walk to main street to enjoy a stop in a brewery or a meal at Deno’s.

Enjoy everything Grand County has to offer. Guided snowmobiling and off-road vehicle adventures with Grand Adventures is less than a minute away! In the summer ride your bikes as a family on the Frasier River Trail. You can connect easily to it at the bottom of the street. There are also endless mountain bike and hiking trails behind the building in the Arapahoe National Forest.

My wife and I stayed for a week. We had a wonderful stay, wooded backyard and very quiet building. We enjoyed the great furnishings including a very comfortable mattress. Plenty of quality kitchen and bath room furnishings. By far our best stay in a short term rental. We would gladly return.

Amazing Family Vacation

The property manager was amazing. Meg was very responsive and answered all the questions I had about the area. The condos location was perfect. It was a few minutes from the resort and seconds away from the town. The condo was perfect for our family of four. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Winter Park.

MLK weekend Beaver Village Condo

Nicely updated and well stocked unit in a great location in between Winter Park Ski Resort and the downtown area. Loved the gas fireplace and the awesome view of the mountains. Owner answered all my questions immediately. I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Amazing place & location

We loved our stay! The condo is minutes from town & the slopes, which was super convenient. It was clean and had everything we needed for a cozy mountain vacation. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot and spacious, kitchen fully equipped, Roku TV for easy viewing. The owner was attentive, too. The complex power went out due to the Boulder wildfires. She immediately responded to my message and called me to share what she knew and to make sure everything was ok. Luckily the gas fireplace kept us warm until the power was restored! I highly recommend choosing this place for your next vacation!!

Great location, roomy, great for gathering of family. Construction next door( short term) so days are a bit loud, but who stays inside when visiting? Nights are quiet. Will return!

Condo was fantastic! Very nicely remodeled. It had everything we needed. Two full baths were great so we did not have to share with our boys. Condo was easy to find and very conveniently located to both Winter Park resort and town. Owner was very responsive when I contacted her. Great Place!

We loved the place. The location is perfect. You are in town but only a few minutes to the mountain. The condo has been updated and is beautiful and clean inside. Would stay here again!
