This is not "NEAR" Heavenly Valley, this "IS" Heavenly Valley!! An easy walk down the street. Big windows to view GunBarrel and The Sierra Mountains. Just a few houses in this quite Area. Top rated neighborhood restaurants and bars. The Lake, Casinos, shops & Movies 7min. away.
A pleasant walk around the corner reveals a spectacular panorama of the lake. Go sledding right next to the house. Private Hot Tub under the stars.
