৹ A signed rental agreement is required
৹ A signed key release form is required in order to receive your key cards from the front desk to access the condo.
৹ This is a hotel condominium with a front desk, but we privately rent it, so you'll check in through the office, but we'll be your point of contact if you need anything.
৹ Unit is on the 3rd Floor, there is no elevator

৹ This home is not allergen-free. Though we do not allow our guests to bring pets, there may have been types of animals, foods, or other items in the house that may cause allergies.
